I found InBlue IT solutions via a google search. Not knowing much about IT, I was nervous that someone may take advantage of my ignorance. The reason for my call: My internet had gone down in my office... it was the third time in the past two weeks. ATT was unable to send someone to review the issue for several days. I explained how urgent my situation was to Ray at InBlue IT Solutions and they were able to come to my office within 2 hours of my call. Ray identified my problem within a few minutes. He made suggestions that made sense to prevent the issue in the future. All of the solutions he proposed were reasonable and explained very well in language I could understand. Not only did he ultimately fix my problem, he actually cut my internet bill in half by correctly recommending to get rid of one of my internet modems that really wasn't doing anything. He taught me that the most expensive equipment isn't always the right equipment. The WiFi I had was one of the most expensive on the market, but it was not the right system for my application. It's only been a few days since he installed the new equipment, but I can already tell the internet is working smoother and faster. It is more protected from hackers AND the control panel to manage network connections is awesome! Not only was my issue fixed and the internet working great, he went above and beyond his scope of work and helped me fix some security camera issues I was having AND he helped me fix another issue I was having with my WiFi. I researched the prices of the equipment he suggested for me, and his prices were right in line with competitors. His hourly rate was reasonable, and he left everything clean and labeled. Not sure where to start with Ray and Ralph... when we started we only had three computers and couple of employees. They helped us grow to now having 15 employees, 12 computers, a server, a VOIP phone system, 3 warehouses that are wirelessly connected and able to communicate with the server plus much more. My point is they were great when we were small and got even bigger as we grew. This morning I got a phone call from Ray that my ISP was down. He took charge and set up call forwarding for the phones, all our internal phones and credit card machines connected to our backup cell tower. Our server and computers worked seamlessly and every employee was able to do their jobs without skipping beat. I have been searching for someone to repair my security cameras for my place of business. Initially I had inquired this repair with another specialist however they didn't properly follow through. Found these guys doing my local search on the internet, They came in and went over our issues and what we needed, gave us their expert short term fixes and a long term fix plans which was needed, also they suggested a savings on services and subscriptions for email, voice, Internet options, not to mention the clean out of old not used wires, cables, routers in our server room, they were able to switch us from stupid ATT and their horrible service and slow internet speed to a local internet provider with 5 times the speed at half price.
