My chair had no water to soak my feet and no technician to work on me. The owner proceeded to work on my father without saying a word and I sat and waited. As it turns out, they made the decision to take a walk in who wanted both a pedicure and a manicure, roughly 5 minutes before we arrived for our scheduled appointments. As it started to dawn on me that my wait would be awhile, I asked for water to soak my feet, at the very least. No one said anything to me that my wait would be extensive or apologized to me for the wait. After 30 minutes I realized that I would not get worked on until my father was done! As it turns out, this was more than an hour!! DO NOT schedule an appointment with this establishment because they will not honor it. Take your chances walking in. This is a terrible business practice and no way to treat repeat customers. Clearly all they value is maximizing profit over customer service. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. BE CAREFUL.

We get both our hands and feet done. I have acrylic and usually do gel polish as does my mother and daughter. Julie is professional fast friendly and very detailed. We've had consistently wonderful experiences with her. She knows my nails and gives me exactly what I want every time. She is kind and patient with my aging mother and fun and engaging with my teenage daughter. She's also a terrific nail "artist" if you want cute designs on your nails and I must say gives one of the best foot and hand messages I've EVER had. I wish my message therapist had her touch! A sole proprietor with a unique space within a hair salon in downtown Castle Rock, and SO darn good at what she does. Perfect atmosphere for Covid-19 with only one client at a time, an immaculate shop and a cheery, wonderful personality. Oh. My nails look FABULOUS! I have been coming to this salon on and off for the past nine years, and unfortunately, my most…read morerecent experience was very disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and, upon arrival, was informed that they were running about 20 minutes behind schedule. While inconvenient, I understand that delays happen and did not have an issue with that. My concern is with the quality of the service itself. I was charged $60 for a gel manicure with chrome, which was significantly more expensive than I was accustomed to paying here. Unfortunately, the results did not reflect that price point. The chrome effect is barely visible and simply looks like a standard shiny top coat. My cuticles were minimally attended to, leaving the manicure looking unfinished and uneven. Additionally, several nails are lumpy and inconsistent in appearance. Most disappointing of all, the polish on my thumb began peeling less than 24 hours after the appointment. For a gel manicure at this price, I expected much better quality and longevity. As a long-time customer who has had many positive experiences here over the years, it is especially disheartening to leave such a review. I have always appreciated this salon, which makes this experience all the more disappointing.
