Fox and Jane never disappoints and that's mostly due to Dani. Honestly, there's a reason why you…read morecan't get an appointment with her less than 3 months out - she's the absolute best at what she does. I've been going to her for years, but after I became a mom I needed an appointment last minute and couldn't get in with her fast enough so I made the HUGE mistake of going to someone else in town who has a great reputation - let me tell you - what a disaster! He didn't know how to cut my hair nor did he listen to what I was asking for. But I got a haircut with Dani today and even my husband noticed the difference. When I came home he commented how much better this haircut was over the other guy's. If you need coloring or just a hood haircut with someone who knows how to manage thick hair - Dani is your girl. But make sure you are patient, she's definitely worth the wait!

Dudley is my hairstylist and I'd follow her all over Denver if I had to!…read more I was serviced by Dudley at a different salon when the original person I booked was unavailable. I got so lucky because she is amazing at what she does and very well-rounded. I showed her some inspo pics and what I was interested in, and I walked away so happy! This is the same experience that I feel every time I leave my appointment with her, so I followed her here to Hendrix. Prices are reasonable, the salon is so cute, and everyone is super friendly! Parking area right out front, no street parking.

She is always on time, professional, and consistently does an amazing job with my hair. I never leave disappointed- she really listens and delivers exactly what I'm hoping for (sometimes even better!). The salon itself has such a great environment and ambiance- it's welcoming, relaxing, and just feels good to be in. It's one of those places where you actually look forward to your appointment. One of my favorite parts is when their resident mascot, Champ (the most well behaved service and therapy dog you'll ever meet), greets me!! When I pointed out the uneven sides, she refused to check and didn't even show me the back with a mirror. At checkout, I was overcharged $60 instead of the $45 level rate. The owner gave me a $10 partial refund for the price mistake, but the terrible haircut was left unfixed. I called on Monday to address this, and when I finally spoke to someone, the only solution offered was to go back to Samantha. Samantha called me to offer a fix but completely denied her unprofessional behavior from that day. Because of her lack of accountability, I refuse to go back to her. I am incredibly disappointed with the poor customer service, the salon's refusal to provide a safe alternative solution, and the botched, uneven haircut.
