I had a very frustrating experience with Samantha. When I asked for light layers, she argued with me and eventually only cut layers on one side. When I pointed out the uneven sides, she refused to check and didn't even show me the back with a mirror. At checkout, I was overcharged $60 instead of the $45 level rate. The owner gave me a $10 partial refund for the price mistake, but the terrible haircut was left unfixed. I called on Monday to address this, and when I finally spoke to someone, the only solution offered was to go back to Samantha. Samantha called me to offer a fix but completely denied her unprofessional behavior from that day. Because of her lack of accountability, I refuse to go back to her. I am incredibly disappointed with the poor customer service, the salon's refusal to provide a safe alternative solution, and the botched, uneven haircut. read more

I've never had any issues with a haircut before because I'm generally pretty low maintenance about it, but my haircut here really upset me. I asked for bangs and left the salon looking ridiculous because the stylist didn't even attempt to blend them, and instead left them parted to the sides. When I got home I blended them myself and then saw they look like sh*t when actually styled correctly. It'll take at least a month to grow them out until I can go somewhere else to have them fixed. read more

Brittany is incredibly talented and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough!
