I booked a haircut in their Lone Tree location. They had 8:15pm available. Took the appointment. Went there at 8:00. They had no appointment for me. Sent me to Parker location where it was booked by mistake. Ok no problem. I get to Parker the stylist is running 20 minutes late. I had a 9pm appointment I couldn't wait. This place is never on time over priced and not really that great anyway. Back to Floyd's for me or even Sports Clips. Don't have to have 8:15pm appointments and all kinds of hoops to go through. Buyer beware! I spent almost $2000 on hair extensions, and had a horrific experience with Audrey. I told her during my consultation, and while I was in the chair that I was allergic to metal. She then proceeded to place crap metal clips on my scalp causing a terrible reaction. Then to make things even better my extensions smell like cigarette smoke, and when I wash them it makes it even worse. I've actually had friends of mine ask me if I started smoking. How gross! The final straw was after all this the hair extensions fell out of my hair. First it was the smallest row at the bottom, not the middle row is falling out. I called and talked to the owner Shannon, and her idea to fix all of this was to charge me an additional $400 to have the hair extensions moved down my hair so the clips weren't touching me scalp. I spent $2000 to have nasty hair sewn to my head, have an allergic reaction, and then they fell out. I had them put in five weeks ago. Unbelievable experience, keep looking for a salon. read more

This last time I really didn't have a lot of time for that, and after the front desk girl told me "5 minutes", and that was the only update, I left after waiting 25. it would have taken a NY minute to walk the 20 feet and speak to me, but she didn't. I didn't get a call either. She's not that good, but more imorotant, she's rude, wasting my time. I can find someone who's actually good with curly hair. read more

Don't come here (both locations). I scheduled a blow out weeks in advance for family photos. I coordinated the time so I could get makeup done after at my house. They cancelled my appointment three times. First they said my original appointment was cancelled because the stylist got into a ski accident. They rescheduled it with another stylist and then called me day off to say that stylist was sick. So they rescheduled me at Lone Tree with yet another stylist, but then called me 30 minutes before to say she wasn't able to do my blow out either. So they basically ruined my photos because I was not able to get in for another blow out on such short notice. I used to take my daughter here for haircuts and we will not be coming back. Four weeks ago, I had a cut and color appointment. I have been a customer for several months. The color was fine, the cut was horrible. The back right and right side was at least an inch shorter and the top was untouched. I called to come in to have it fixEd. 7 days later I went for the rrepair. J waited 40 minutes as I was fit in during another appointment. At no time during my wait was I updated. I left and sent an email to Barbi the owner. she assured me my money would be refunded. Four weeks later I have never received a refund and asked earlier this week again for it. I was treated with no respect and was always a respectful customer. I found a better place for my hair. You should too as this salon is horrible. Also added 4% to your bill to cover salon overhead. Very poor customer service and the owner never followed up with her promise! read more

I have gone to this salon a couple of times and have always felt they did an okay job. I am not one to complain, but my last service was absolutely horrible. I got a balayage done and the stylist insisted I was in good hands and specializes in dark hair. I had already had a grown out balayage so really only a touch up was necessary. The stylist came back with a quote of $375 for a cut and full head balayage. Insisting that she was a specialist I trusted her judgement that a full head was necessary. Throughout the process she was EXTREMELY aggressive with teasing and I had SO much hair ripped out. She had a trainee working with her and even the trainee mentioned adding some conditioner when brushing my hair so that it wasn't as harsh. The stylist said it was not needed. I am extremely disappointed in the blending, the blotchiness of the work, as well as how copper my roots are compared to my ends. The stylist was overall really sweet, but I am VERY unsatisfied with the work that was a done and the amount that I was charged. Especially considering I am now going to have to pay someone else to fix it. I have added below a before and after of my hair. read more
