When I pointed out the uneven sides, she refused to check and didn't even show me the back with a mirror. At checkout, I was overcharged $60 instead of the $45 level rate. The owner gave me a $10 partial refund for the price mistake, but the terrible haircut was left unfixed. I called on Monday to address this, and when I finally spoke to someone, the only solution offered was to go back to Samantha. Samantha called me to offer a fix but completely denied her unprofessional behavior from that day. Because of her lack of accountability, I refuse to go back to her. I am incredibly disappointed with the poor customer service, the salon's refusal to provide a safe alternative solution, and the botched, uneven haircut.

It asked specific questions about my hair care, styling preferences and hair desires/goals. I've never had a salon ask for that info but it shows they really care and want to make clients happy. The salon was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. They had a great selection of teas and coffee and lemon ice water. I feel like Reagan did a very thorough job on my high and low lights and a trim. Best part was the scalp massage!! Overall I was pleased with the experience and my hair turned out great! I sent her a very respectful message and got a great response back however when I kept explaining the issues she would read and not respond my messages, which I thought was disrespectful considering what she had done on my hair!
