Was a little bit disappointed with the service I received with my last visit. Usually I attend with my grandfather and we're treated warmly with great service. On this occasion I brought some friends and it took forever to be helped. Once we got to the table we waited for close to 10 min to be greeted by our waitress and once we ordered food we were almost non existent. I feel like the waitress gave us lesser service than the rest of her tables because we were younger looking. I am 24 and always tip well when treated well. If you're looking for a fast breakfast, you may want to keep looking. A lot of reviews complain about their service. From the one time I visited, I could tell they were understaffed and a little stressed. However, our waitress seemed to relax once she realized were weren't looking to roast her over a fire. This place a is a complete joke. I understand it's no where near fine dining but there should still be good customer service. My husband and kids went to have a fast breakfast came out incredibly disappointed. My husband wanted to change his order 2 minutes after ordering, I rushed over to the waitress to apologize for changing our minds on the meal, she proceeded to bark at me for changing my mind and ordered me to talk to the manger when I get there the manger was externally rude and the whole ordeal was unnecessary. We decided to stayed and just move on, 15 minutes later our waitress brings our food, she's visibly annoyed by us throws our food on the table and our food is wrong!!! We will never return to this horrible place the food isn't even that great for all this trouble. Save your money there plenty of other places with the same price and better quality read more

Nice homey type place to have breakfast. Omelette cafe has become my goto place for breakfast. The staff is always friendly and the food is good. They are much better than the Waffle house. I enjoy the ham and egg sandwich. The waffle and chicken is very good. I always recommend them to my friends and family. read more

It was okay...I definitely don't give it the high marks everyone else does. The thermostat was probably about 60 degrees, cold enough that if your food arrived even quickly, it was cold because of the temperature. The waffle was barely palatable. No hot syrup?? Old syrup dispensed from a squeezie bottle...lame. And the strawberry toppings came in plastic containers...not exactly fresh. My husband got the grits with his eggs over easy, he said it was "alright". We both agree that Waffle House would've been the better choice. It may be a little greasier, but the food tastes better and the price is 1/2 the amount. read more

I have only been here for breakfast/brunch, but my experience with that has been good. My wife and I usually split their big breakfast and it is consistently good. The service is attentive (even with them being pretty busy usually) and cleanliness is good. I never get their coffee, but my wife does and has to doctor it with cream and sugar (which I know means she doesn't love the coffee). read more

Busy Sunday got seated quickly, waitress friendly. Each of us order two eggs with bacon, coffee, no bread or grits. Our bill was $16.00! The waitress asked if we wanted more coffee but never returned. Food was cold coming to the table, we asked for cheese on egg which we didn't get. Mentioned to the cashier she said we weren't changed for cheese and said nothing about our meals being cold. Never again! read more

Tried this place out after a friend googled it as we wanted something different. You seat yourself which is cool and it was a steady crowd. I ordered a spinach, cheese, and ham omelette and my friend ordered an omelette with cheese, sausage, bacon and ham. Both were great. The Omelette come with grits, toast, and you order your beverage.
