The food was ok nothing to brag about. We waited over 10 min to be served, and we were served it wasn't by our waitress. When our waitress did bring the food to the table it was not all at once. I waited maybe 8 min for an omelette. Never waited that long for an omelette. My husband didn't eat much of his breakfast. Felt like I was at a low budget Waffle House. The inside of the restaurant was just your basic eatery nothing special.

This is the cup of sugar flavored cheese grits that turned into soup after warming them up

I only eat scrambled eggs and cheese grits, and this is what I ordered, well first off, there was sugar in the grits and not everyone likes sweet grits, second when I warmed them up they turned into soup so I felt like I just gave them money for something that was horrible not to mention that the eggs were just as bad as the grits but I was hungry so I tolerated some of them before throwing them away. So to sum up this experience, I'm giving it a one because you have to rate something before moving on.

    Chicken Omelet and Grits

Driving up 95 from FL to NC and did not want fast food. Found this place on Google and was able to order online. I ordered the chicken omelette which was described as a two egg omelette with diced chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, onion, and Swiss cheese. The order was ready when I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to open the container and see an omelette that looked much bigger than a 2 egg omelette and a generous portion of grits. The omelette was seriously one of the best I've ever had. It was stuffed with ingredients and reminded of a delicious, cheesy, chicken fajita burrito with the egg as the burrito shell. Grits were creamy. Will definitely visit this place again if in the area.

Omelette Cafe 325 US Hwy 80, Pooler GA 31322 May 21, 2021 Friday - 9:15 AM for breakfast 5 Adults (weird putting my daughter down as an adult.) Atmosphere - 4 stars Food - 4 stars Service - 4 stars Background - Found this place near our hotel. Atmosphere -  Located in a strip mall, nothing special.  No real spots for a party of 5 or more.  I grab a chair from against the wall to add it to a booth.  Makes the table tight but the best solution for us.  You can tell that this place has been a long time. Food Drink - Coffee of course, why in a plastic mug.  Other tables had real mugs. Meal - A Philly omelette.  Why does everyone add green peppers to a Philly style items?  They topped it here by adding mushrooms.  It should be just steak, cheese, and onions!  Nothing special. Service - Our timing was off, the place was almost full on a Friday morning.  Which kept our waitress busy.  The food did come out fast, we sat near the kitchen so you could hear everything going on in there. Future - Maybe

I was really disappointed I placed my order over the phone for pickup and barely got a greeting from the lady who took my order. This is the south so a southern greeting would be nice. My mother wanted an omelette breakfast for her birthday so I thought a omelette place with 4 stars would definitely be a good pick. I was wrong. The omelette was really thin and soggy. My mother couldn't even finish it. I also got hash browns which we kinda hard and rubber-like. The biscuit and gravy was "EH". They could have been more fluffy and had more sausages.(I'm a big biscuit and gravy guy). My brother thought the waffles were okay. I can't speak to the overall customer service but the cashier (young Asian guy) was nice. All the workers also wore masks which is a big deal for me. Maybe I just got the bad work shift but I don't think I'll come here again

Bacon Meat, Egg and Cheese Sandwich

Sandwich was old, hard and reheated. Bread was greasy and hard to bite into. Definitely was not made to order.

But we did not let that deter us and we went in and used the electronic device to get us on a waiting list. We were told 15 minutes, but we waited no more than 10. I am going to take into consideration the massive crowd, and say that our food and drink came in very reasonable time considering. We were not in a hurry, and kind of enjoy the bustle and the people. Our waitress was exceedingly friendly, very helpful and very accommodating. My friend and I each got a fancy Sunday brunch cocktail. Mine was strawberry, and it was delicious. She loved hers as well, she got the grapefruit one. They were lovely to look at and delicious and refreshing. A very fun way to start our Sunday morning. We both ordered the California club sandwich and I asked for gluten-free bread. The sandwich was delicious and the gluten-free bread was good. If you know about gluten-free bread and the heartache of searching for a decent slice, then you'll appreciate this bread on your sandwich. I got french fries which seems I have to order every single time even as I contemplate the healthier side choices. They were great, hot, fresh, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My friend got a side salad which she was happy with, obviously far more willpower than I have. She was not happy with the dressing she had chosen and the waitress happily brought her a different one. While we were there, I noticed everybody was working so hard and the customers all around us seem to be very much enjoying themselves. I don't know if this should really be relevant in my review but there was a group of four people who were sat down in a table nearby who upon being seated asked the waitress immediately if they could get their food quickly and she told them that it probably would not be as fast as they would like it. At which point they got up and left. The waitress seemed to feel bad about that, but when the manager came over to investigate, he simply took it in stride and then started to clean the table off for the next group. My friend and I had to wonder who would come into such a bustling and packed restaurant and think that they were going to get served especially fast. Another thing about we noticed about the manager is that he seemed very much hands-on and all over the place in the restaurant. He was very friendly when we looked at the check-in device and wondered what we were doing ~ he made jokes that made us feel less Luddite like. He bussed tables and sat people, and checked on things, and generally looked like the kind of manager of that Gordon Ramsay would appreciate. The menu has something for everybody! And some very exciting options that we have to go back and experience. Lots of add-ons for everything, a huge variety of choices. My sister-in-law had recommended the avocado toast, and I was tempted. I was also tempted by the biscuit and gravy and the eggs Benedict, which are hard for me to resist at brunch. but I reasonably only ordered one meal for me. It's been a long review, but I have to say the meal really was that good and the whole experience was very enjoyable. Not only will I be going back but, I will be recommending it, wholeheartedly, to everybody. Thanks for a great meal!

Our food came out fast and my husband's breakfast was delicious and just what he ordered and expected. I ordered chicken salad on a croissant. However, they had no croissants available even though it's one of the $10 featured items. I settled for the summer salad with strawberries and candy walnuts. I was disappointed. It looked like a regular tossed salad with a couple of strawberries and candies nuts throwing on top with some sliced turkey or chicken.(I couldn't tell the difference.) just throwing on top. The restaurant was very clean and as I said the weight staff were very friendly and the service was fast. I would definitely go back and order the breakfast that my husband had, or try again for the Chicken salad on a croissant.

The online menu photos looked incredible (though I still side-eye those famous PB&J wings--maybe next time!). We chose the Treylor Park Double Wide Diner for breakfast and were thrilled we did. Pro tip: Head there early on a Sunday morning! Alcohol can't be served until after 11 a.m., so the place is surprisingly quiet and easy to get into--no crowds or long waits. We were seated right away, and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish. My husband went for The Chupacabra--a massive chimichanga-style breakfast burrito stuffed with eggs, sausage, onions, cheddar cheese, fresh pico de gallo, Sriracha, and chipotle crème fraîche, served with cheesy grits on the side. I ordered the Brunch Nachos, which sounded fun as an "appetizer"... big mistake (or the best kind of mistake!). It was a towering plate of waffle fries loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage gravy, fried chicken, and topped with sunny-side-up eggs. Both portions were enormous and absolutely delicious--we had to pace ourselves to make a dent in them! Everything tasted fantastic, with bold flavors and that perfect Southern comfort twist Treylor Park is known for. We're already planning to stop by again whenever we're near one of their locations--highly recommend for a fun, hearty breakfast!

I ordered the footlong hot dog, and it was one of the most unique hot dogs I've ever had. Instead of serving it on one bun, they split it across two buns with different toppings on each half. One side was topped with sloppy joe, while the other had chili and relish. It was a fun idea that let you enjoy two different flavor combinations in one meal. It also came with a generous portion of crispy waffle fries, which were excellent. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food, and the prices were very reasonable, fitting the casual diner vibe. My only real criticism was the speed of service. There were only three occupied tables when we visited, yet it took about 35 minutes for the first plate to arrive. The last person at our table didn't receive their meal until nearly 45 minutes after we ordered, which seemed unusually slow for how quiet the restaurant was. The other thing worth mentioning is that the menu varies quite a bit between locations. This restaurant's menu is heavily focused on breakfast. While the food itself was good, it would be nice if the menus were more consistent across locations. Having to research which location serves which items takes away from the convenience of a unified brand. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would definitely return for a quick lunch. The food was tasty, reasonably priced, and the creative footlong hot dog alone is worth trying.
