My brow artist was Ava , I expressed that I wanted them to be as thick as can be even if bald spots show because from the past I know once I get the lami the brows look good and I can still grow them in without having to look crazy . She proceeded to map my brows and immediately started threading without giving me a mirror and asking me for approval of the shape . So I had to stop her and ask if I could see before she continues threading and by then it was already too late .. all the hair that I'd been attempting to grow back was gone and my brow was back to looking thinner than my natural shape . I began to tell to just stop I don't want the service anymore . Lord knows how long it will take to grow back my brows it's been about 6 months since I started the growing process . By brows are naturally super thick and I wish she was more trained to know that u do not remove any hair before asking the client if they are satisfied with the shape first ! While the staff was courteous, the quality of the service was extremely disappointing and ultimately resulted in a painful injury. The appointment lasted two hours, yet the service was still left incomplete. My eyebrows were never properly concealed, and the hybrid tint was not fully finished before I was told the appointment was over. More concerning, I left with what appears to be severe chemical or wax burns between my eyebrows and underneath both brows. I have been getting my eyebrows professionally waxed for many years and have never experienced anything remotely like this. The affected areas are raw, painful, and extremely sensitive. Even something as simple as washing my face causes significant burning and discomfort. I trusted this business to provide a professional and safe service, but instead I left with visible injuries, ongoing pain, and damage to my skin. This experience has been both physically painful and emotionally distressing, and it is completely unacceptable for a routine cosmetic appointment to end this way.
