I also appreciated getting to try the fish amok, a traditional Cambodian dish that's quite different from what you'd typically find at other Southeast Asian restaurants. The portions were generous, and I liked that the menu offered a good variety of traditional Khmer dishes. It's always refreshing to explore a cuisine that doesn't get nearly as much attention as it deserves. Service was good and the ambiance was great. I loved the gift shop aspect at the front of the restaurant. Overall, a solid 4/5 experience! The kefir lime leaves give it a beautiful aroma and flavor. The sourness of the broth and the umami (probably from the fish/shrimp paste) is a gift that just won't stop giving. The chunks of catfish take this dish up several notches. The greens are also a great addition and they aren't your typical greens you will find in an American supermarket. These are Cambodian greens. I also liked their pickled mustard green soup with pork ribs and chicken lort noodle. The lort noodles had a great snap to them. Quite unique! Cambodian cuisine is a hidden gem and this place is a great place to try this beautiful cuisine. I recommend giving this place a visit.
