Cesar arrived in a timely manner and was very pleasant to speak with as I told him about the issue. He went on to figure it out and in a matter of minutes he found that it was not actually the garbage disposal, but an electrical issue. I immediately began thinking about my next steps, but Cesar was already on the case. As a plumber, he fixed the electrical issue! I'm so glad I don't have to call, make an appointment, wait, blah blah for an electrician.
