He will pull permits and work with engineers specs if required and works with the homeowner through the process... I don't know about the other reviewers as each situation is different, especially when it comes to disputes with other subcontractors, but as a customer his work has been solid, he is easy if you want to make adjustments or change orders once the work has started, and he stands behind his work... Any time we had a question during the project, she got back to us quickly and made sure we had the clarity we needed.
