They came up with beautiful designs for our kitchen and bathrooms based on our preferences. The 3D renders that they made were very helpful in visualizing the designs before we fully committed. They also helped us pick and shop for all materials. Throughout the process, they are very communicative and accommodating. The subcontractors we worked with are all nice and offer good quality work. Dawn did a great job managing and inspecting their work everyday. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with Forever Builders' cabinet vendor. This vendor made so many mistakes with our orders.  Notably they shipped us incorrect cabinet door types and refused to replace unless we pay extra. Some brand new cabinets came in with scratches and dings and therefore needed to be replaced. This added substantial delays to our projects. In the end, Forever Builders had to cut tie with them and work with a new vendor who was good. They helped resolve any pending problems. In construction especially with a big project like ours, we can't expect that everything will go smoothly. We can tell that Dawn and Forever Builders have tried their best to make sure we are satisfied with everything.
