We had an amazing experience with California Home Pros. Hector Gutierrez was our realtor and he…read morereally went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. We can't recommend Hector enough. It was about a year long process for us and he was always willing to show us homes. As first time home buyers we were very oblivious to the home buying process but he helped ease our nerves and did a great job explaining everything to us. He even helped break down the financial side of it. He never rushed us, he helped make sure that we found the house that was perfect for us and we finally did. I highly recommend Hector at California Home Pros. He was extremely helpful and was always available to answer any question we had. We could feel that he genuinely wanted what was best for us.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. They are so rude…read moreand very unprofessional. They lack empathy and compassion for others. I had to take care of my mother's rental after her sudden passing. We were only given 21 days, to vacate the property. They kept the entire deposit and they charged us for every day that we were there cleaning the house. They never told us that we would be charged. When I called to discuss the charges with the office manager Bernadette, she was so rude. She told me that " We dragged it out" when cleaning our Mom's house. How are you going to say to someone who just lost a parent. She showed no compassion. And her boss, the owner is even worse. They shouldn't be in business! They only care about their money I WOULD NEVER EVER RENT OR BUY FROM THEM.

Horrible communication as a property management company. They strung us along for a full week after…read morewe applied and paid their application fees. They even put a hard inquiry on our credit report which is unusual given the fact most management companies use sources that will not effect your credit score. I realize the Los Angeles market is competitive and that they want to essentially collect as many applications as possible before making a decision but they were not honest about doing this and came up with excuse after excuse for why we had not received an answer. It even took me finally pressing them for them to reveal they chose a different applicant. Would not recommend them unless you want a few points removed from your credit score.

My wife and I hired the Gordon Team to sell our home, and our experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. From the beginning, we felt rushed through the process, and we didn't feel our concerns were taken seriously. My wife Christine and I were unhappy with the quality of the listing photos and believed important details about my property were missing or inaccurate. When we raised these concerns, I felt communication became increasingly difficult rather than collaborative. As the situation progressed, our working relationship completely broke down. What should have been a straightforward home sale became an incredibly stressful experience for my wife and I. This review reflects my personal experience. If you're considering working with this brokerage, I recommend asking detailed questions about the listing process, contract terms, communication expectations, and how concerns will be handled if they arise. The team values were not as expected, the pure pressure to take a first offer was unrealistic and we weren't represented in good faith. I undoubtedly cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
