I hired Team Busby to sell my River lakes home. First of all please note their office is not technology smart. My realtor on the coast includes a phone number on their sign which provides a description and the price of the property being sold. I had people who knocked on my door due to not being able to get through to Team Busby or did not receive a return call. I tried calling and received a return call days later. All they did was hold open houses and post my home in home preview magazine. I had to request they redo photos as they were dark photos that looked bad. Agent did not seem interested in actually selling my home. We ended up coming up with an idea that sold our home. Agent did not think outside the box rather her ideas were to just hold open houses. Once my home sold, agent seemed more interested in assisting buyer more than she did representing us. Never again will I retain Team Busby. When your selling your home you need a go getter team, not same old, same old. Look elsewhere and interview agents first. Supposedly they have a moving truck you can use, but we were never informed of this not offered the truck. read more
