I decided to choose Gordon Team Realty after reading reviews on yelp and trolling their website. I just needed help i'd been through hell like literal hell dealing with the aftermath of the absolute shitstorm my Brother and nephew left me to deal with after my dad fell ill. Dealing with the theft and neglect of my dad they were all to happy to commit just about gave me a breakdown. It's a lot for one person to deal with. The house was left filthy after the police removed them from the house and I and my sons were left to clean up, make repairs and I was left paying the mortgage and bills for my dad as they drained his bank account to zero. When I contacted William he was awesome! Fantastic personality had great advice and basically said they will handle everything. They made sure everything was done perfect with title, my trustee documents and trust fund documents were clear and ready to close. I had the pleasure of working with William, Frank, Sheeza and their team on the sale of my late father's home. The home, which he lived in for nearly 50 years, is a modest home particularly in today's market which is full of $500,000+ homes.
