Outstanding Quality and Value -- Michael Treats You Like Family! My family and I have rented from Michael Freeman at American Property Management for roughly 10 years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. We recently transitioned from one of his apartment units into a house, and we specifically chose to stay with Michael because of the incredible service he provides. Over nearly a decade, Michael has taken care of myself, my two children, my mother, my stepfather, my Nana, my Auntie, and my cousins. He is so much more than just a businessman; he truly feels like family, and I know for a fact his mother must be incredibly proud of the man and how professional he is. Whenever an issue arose, Michael handled it expeditiously with the utmost patience and understanding. From major property upgrades like installing new carpets, or removing carpet and replacing with tile as well as a new stove, or new cabinets, to safety concerns like cutting down a hazardous tree for the children or quickly fixing a mailbox knocked down by a stranger he always gets the job done right away. If you are an amazing tenant looking for a safe, beautiful place to live with a property manager who genuinely cares about your well-being, Michael Freeman is the absolute best person to go to. He also offers exceptional value for the price, ensuring you get top-tier housing without unfair costs Michael Freeman is the absolute best person to go to. Our niece introduced us to Michael Freedman to sell our property out of state and we could not be happier. Michael and his entire team are wonderful. They took full care of our property from fixing it up to putting it on the marker. We were incredibly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the real state market. Throughout our home selling process, Michael consistently kept us informed and updated, responding quickly to any questions or concern we had. We can not thank Michael and his team enough for their outstanding service, dedication, clear communication, and walking us through each step of the property transaction. I rent from American property mgmt in Bakersfield for the last 7 years. The company is great, the office staff are polite and very servicing but it's Michael (Freedman) who makes the wheels run smoothly. He's always accessible night & day by phone or text. Problems are always quickly resolved and he's pleasant & personable, but more than that he really cares about helping people, getting them a place to live. Having been a homeowner prior to this time I really appreciate their focus on annual preventative maintenance, not just collecting rent but taking care of the property.
