I own several rental properties in the area and recently began working with them--specifically with Rueben, who has been an exceptional business partner. Rueben's extensive knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and overall kindness make him a pleasure to work with and give me complete confidence that my properties are in excellent hands. He recently assisted me with a challenging eviction where the tenants left the property in terrible condition. I had to take care of my mother's rental after her sudden passing. We were only given 21 days, to vacate the property. They kept the entire deposit and they charged us for every day that we were there cleaning the house. They never told us that we would be charged. When I called to discuss the charges with the office manager Bernadette, she was so rude. She told me that " We dragged it out" when cleaning our Mom's house. How are you going to say to someone who just lost a parent. She showed no compassion. And her boss, the owner is even worse. They shouldn't be in business! They only care about their money I WOULD NEVER EVER RENT OR BUY FROM THEM.

Maintenance requests and other…read moreissues I have reported routinely go without meaningful action for extended periods of time, requiring repeated follow-ups just to get a response. The biggest problem is not simply that individual issues take time--it is the apparent lack of accountability and follow-through. Residents should not have to repeatedly contact management to get basic maintenance and common-area problems addressed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Comuneo Services to anyone looking for responsive and effective property management. Management needs to do a much better job of communicating, following through on requests, and actually resolving problems rather than simply acknowledging them.
