These guys were the only ones in all of Bakersfield that gave me and my family a chance. With me just having surgery on my back, and becoming disabled. Eventually Lorena called me back. She was the best. When I left they didn't have time to do a walk through. I had to take care of my mother's rental after her sudden passing. We were only given 21 days, to vacate the property. They kept the entire deposit and they charged us for every day that we were there cleaning the house. They never told us that we would be charged. When I called to discuss the charges with the office manager Bernadette, she was so rude. She told me that " We dragged it out" when cleaning our Mom's house. How are you going to say to someone who just lost a parent. She showed no compassion. And her boss, the owner is even worse. They shouldn't be in business! They only care about their money I WOULD NEVER EVER RENT OR BUY FROM THEM.

Rent was affordable and only increased slightly -- and very rarely. That kind of stability is hard to come by these days. The property itself was always clean and clearly well cared for. Isabel, a CCM team member, came by weekly to clean the walkways, driveways, and laundry area. She did a fantastic job, and honestly, I think her regular visits played a big part in keeping everything in such great shape. It was not just the cleaning -- it was the consistent presence and attention to detail. Maintenance? Fast and professional. Ted, Bernadette, and Mayra were always quick to respond and genuinely cared. Service felt personal, not transactional. I happened to have a lovely patio, which made my living experience even better -- but the real standout was the way CCM values both their properties and the people who live in them. They let my lease lapse without any planning or communication and it took a lot of escalations to the owner to finally get a response. Horrible communication as a property management company. They strung us along for a full week after…read morewe applied and paid their application fees. They even put a hard inquiry on our credit report which is unusual given the fact most management companies use sources that will not effect your credit score. I realize the Los Angeles market is competitive and that they want to essentially collect as many applications as possible before making a decision but they were not honest about doing this and came up with excuse after excuse for why we had not received an answer. It even took me finally pressing them for them to reveal they chose a different applicant. Would not recommend them unless you want a few points removed from your credit score.
