I bought my first house and William answered all my questions patiently and was available to clarify when I called and texted . He was exceptionally generous with his guidance and help . He really is the best in Bakersfield. You can't go wrong with William Gordon and his team . Lovely people and they genuinely want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase and won't rush you to sign . I ll use them again and again . Excellent and exceptional.

From the beginning, we felt rushed through the process, and we didn't feel our concerns were taken seriously. My wife Christine and I were unhappy with the quality of the listing photos and believed important details about my property were missing or inaccurate. When we raised these concerns, I felt communication became increasingly difficult rather than collaborative. As the situation progressed, our working relationship completely broke down. What should have been a straightforward home sale became an incredibly stressful experience for my wife and I. This review reflects my personal experience. If you're considering working with this brokerage, I recommend asking detailed questions about the listing process, contract terms, communication expectations, and how concerns will be handled if they arise. The team values were not as expected, the pure pressure to take a first offer was unrealistic and we weren't represented in good faith. I undoubtedly cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Our family will gladly recommend Daniel for life! He is such an Amazing person and feel so Blessed…read morethat he found us the moment he did, total luck of the draw because he was actually the 2nd realtor we spoke with and turned out very quickly to be our and the number 1!! We were looking for someone who wasn't just trying to make a quick sale but really walked this journey with us and he did that and so much more... We were in a bad place healthwise and if it wasnt for him I'm not sure we would have had the courage to get out or even recognize we couldnt just lay back and accept the lemons coming our way. There so many amazing things to say about Dan... If I could checkmark every amazing attribute/qualities in the world, believe me that every box would be checked Excellent, magnificent, absoultely stupendous job!! He is totally altruistic and just there every step of the way as if time is non existent and you are the only one hes helping haha cheesy but he knows how to make a gal and guy feel special Daniel definitely did a wonderful job and is truly a one of a kind rare breed of realtors! He is not sale driven but heart driven! He embodies the saying of "making dreams into reality" and he definitely made ours a wonderful wonderful reality! We got our house and Dan and anything associated with him is ok in our book! Daniel is so professional it hurts! Our family totally hit the jack pot with him! Although first time buyers Daniel made it as though we werent new at this at all.. We cant thank you enough and you will always continue to hold a special place in our lives and our hearts Dan cause hes the Man! Just schedule an appointment with the best realtor already, geesh!!!

When we look into buying in Bakersfield (early 2022), it was competitive market, but he never pressured us to buy anything that we didn't like or hesitated. His patience and explaining things are his greatest strength as a realtor. During Escrow time, his team at the office took care of each step diligently and had great communication, so making the process ease, smooth and hassle-free; Best escrow process we had. We highly recommend Daniel to be your Real Estate agent.

Sent over my escrow information and then heard crickets the rest of the day. Calls and emails were ignored for hours. So that was not the case, there is multiple issues, and as for 1 of the issues, which was broken windows, Omar assured me they would be fixed at the cost of the realtor company as per Miguel Hernandez. How ever, they only fixed one window, which was the smallest one by the way, and I called several times, and even text, and asked for a personal call from this Miguel, however once the sale was done, so was he. I do obtain text in my possession from Omar Flores, with this information and I am looking into a small claims court case well. This Miguel also tried to pursue me to to purchase the first home i was interested in, but I declined due to it contains a septic tank, which i did not feel comfortable with, he is very arrogant and lacks customer skill relation, etc. i have my home inspection report, and I still have all texts from Omar Flores which states all my issues. It should be embarrassing to brag that you such a top realtor, yet cant seem to uphold an agreement which would seem like a minimal financial cost to his reputation and or company. In this time of ICE against our own culture, be on high alert for shady realtor as well, that only will communicate with you until he has received his money, and could care less of coaching his team to stick by the words you communicate to your customers. Will discourage people on a daily basis to work with him.

I bought my first property at the end of 2012 with Robert and Dawn and bought a second one in June 2015. In the past 2 months I sold both properties through Robert and Dawn. Robert and Dawn are extremely nice and responsive. Things I like about them: 1. They are very knowledgeable about the local market, the area, school districts and the rent market. Any houses I ask them about, they can give me an accurate rent estimate and cashflow analysis. In addition, they have their own investment properties so they are familiar with the rental market. The first house I bought has no issues with being rented out and I am extremely pleased with that. 2. As buyer agents, they are extremely patient and never push you into any decisions. Before I purchased the first property, I came to Bakersfield twice to see more than 10 houses and I didn't like any of them. I also put in offers for a few houses. It took me a while before I decided on the first investment property and I am happy that I wasn't pushed into the purchase decision at all. Robert and Dawn gave me enough time to decide and if I don't like it, OK fine, move onto the next prospective listing. 3. They always try their best to help me get the best price possible. During the purchase process of my second investment property, there were several back and forth with the seller and Dawn was able to help me get $2000 credit after we read the house inspection report. 4. They have great connections with contractors and gardeners. They referred extremely reliable contractor and gardener to me after I bought my investment properties. The people they referred gave me very fair price quote and did quality jobs. I will continue to trust Robert and Dawn for other referrals in Bakersfield real estate market. 5. My recent sale experience with Dawn and Robert have been extremely pleasant as well. Dawn helped me take care everything remotely from hiring gardener (after my property owner ditched me), getting carpet replacement, arranging for water turn on (after my tenant left), to encouraging me to go to accountant for any 1033 tax savings. I have nothing bad to say about them. The only thing I wish I did differently is that I should have gone to their recommended property manager after I purchased my investment properties. My own property manager was non responsive after knowing that I have decided to sell the house. So glad Robert and Dawn picked up the slack....I greatly appreciate it!!!!

They have a big network, and they'll sell your place, but if you want a profit, I wouldn't suggest working with them. I want to start off by saying that Cheyenne Schmierer has been nothing but kind and very professional. All the praise goes to her. I'm sure she doesn't enjoy receiving complaints when it's not her doing. Brookdale Estates in Ridgecrest, CA is basically a retirement community (aside from a few residents who aren't of that age). My wife and I have owned a rental property there since 2016, and one of the main things that caught our eye was the well-manicured grounds. Truly, aside from a few places locally, Brookdale Estates has--or rather, had--the nicest landscaping around. The grass was always immaculate, the trees trimmed perfectly, and the leaves and trash were always taken care of. To top it off, the entire community was always managed in-house -- it never needed an outside brokerage firm stepping in. But things happen: people move, pass on, whatever it may be. Life happens. Then along came Frontier Real Estate Services, who took over in April of this year. In just six short months, the place has become almost unrecognizable. Sadly, not in a good way -- it looks terrible. They got rid of the one constant there, our yard service, Alex, who was also the best around. I've heard different things as to why they had to switch, but that's not my place. I'll just say that Ridgecrest has lawn-care companies on every corner and they can't even manage that??!! Still, no one was going to care for it like Alex did -- that's a fact. When I was told, "We are working to address that concern," it told me they don't have things together. That was two weeks ago, and still, nothing has changed. I genuinely feel bad for Cheyenne, but I let her know that I won't be paying my HOA fee until things get turned around. She explained the ramifications, etc., etc. I'm aware -- but honestly, I don't care. I think everyone there should do the same. It's not just the yard that's become an issue, but that's the one thing I care most about right now. I told Cheyenne this: I would much rather pay the $185 HOA fee -- but what's the point if they can't even take care of their end? Seriously, it's the least they can do.
