Jennifer was always incredibly available keeping us informed and updated every step of the way. We are so pleased to have had such a knowledgeable, personable, honest and fun person to walk us through our journey. She has a heart of gold and always went out of her way to make everything go as smoothly as possible. She did an above-and-beyond job in helping us sell our home. She was transparent and responsive throughout, explaining each step of the way and answering all of our questions. We admired her integrity, honesty, and her realty expertise. We felt Jennifer genuinely had our best interest at heart and worked tirelessly to achieve favorable outcomes and always made herself available for discussions in regards to our property. She provided great insight at every stage of the process, from photos, responding to offers, potential buyers and even added her own personal touch to staging our home. She held open houses every weekend and worked hard to put our home in escrow after only being on the market for just over a month. She truly is the Best! Her knowledge and strong work ethic sets her apart from other Agents we have worked with. I highly recommend hiring Jennifer if you are looking to sell or buy a home.

What I can say that is negative about Lynn Larson? Nothing!…read more Lynn has helped us purchase two homes in Bakersfield. Once during the market boom of 2006 and once post boom when we got back into the market in 2014. The time and energy (and patience) she had for us while we saw about 20 houses was really, really helpful. She knew we wanted to take a patient approach and never rushed us into making a decision. What I respect the most about dealing with Lynn is her honest assessment of her clients situation, the market situation and how those expectations can meet to get her clients into the house that best suits their needs at the best price. Her client first focus is really second to none. Lynn also ensures she has a network of support teams to help her clients. From mortgage brokers, to home inspectors her recommendations carry the weight of being vetted personally by her. There is no doubt that we will use Lynn in the future and will continue to recommend Lynn to our friends and family.
