My wife and I hired the Gordon Team to sell our home, and our experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. From the beginning, we felt rushed through the process, and we didn't feel our concerns were taken seriously. My wife Christine and I were unhappy with the quality of the listing photos and believed important details about my property were missing or inaccurate. When we raised these concerns, I felt communication became increasingly difficult rather than collaborative. As the situation progressed, our working relationship completely broke down. What should have been a straightforward home sale became an incredibly stressful experience for my wife and I. This review reflects my personal experience. If you're considering working with this brokerage, I recommend asking detailed questions about the listing process, contract terms, communication expectations, and how concerns will be handled if they arise. The team values were not as expected, the pure pressure to take a first offer was unrealistic and we weren't represented in good faith. I undoubtedly cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

David came in and gave us some very good advice on how to stage our house for a quick sale. This helped us get the house sold in a very short time and for more than we expecting to get. David had to deal with a very unprofessional buyer and realtor and did a great job looking out for our interests. David also was willing to show us house when ever we asked him to, including weekends. If you are buying or selling a house I highly recommend using David Mercado.

I had to take care of my mother's rental after her sudden passing. We were only given 21 days, to vacate the property. They kept the entire deposit and they charged us for every day that we were there cleaning the house. They never told us that we would be charged. When I called to discuss the charges with the office manager Bernadette, she was so rude. She told me that " We dragged it out" when cleaning our Mom's house. How are you going to say to someone who just lost a parent. She showed no compassion. And her boss, the owner is even worse. They shouldn't be in business! She has been incredibly friendly, caring, patient, and professional throughout the entire home-buying process. One thing that truly stood out was her communication. Veronica speaks both English and Spanish, which made everything so much easier to understand. No matter the time of day--even late at night--she was always quick to respond to my questions and made sure I felt informed every step of the way. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable one. As a DACA recipient, I had been turned away by other lenders or was never informed about programs that could help me become a homeowner. Veronica was different. She took the time to educate me, explore every option available, and gave me hope when others had not. Because of her knowledge, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile, my dream of owning a home became a reality. I am also incredibly grateful that Veronica connected me with Luna, who was equally supportive and helpful throughout the process. Together, they made an amazing team and always had my family's best interests at heart. Veronica has truly been a blessing to me and my family, and I will forever be thankful for everything she has done for us. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares, is knowledgeable, hardworking, and will fight to help you achieve your dream of homeownership, I highly recommend Veronica Medina and the New Gen Home Lending team. Thank you for making our dream come true! We will never forget your kindness and dedication.
