I cannot say enough wonderful things about Veronica Medina and the entire team at New Gen Home…read moreLending. From the very beginning, Veronica treated me like family. She has been incredibly friendly, caring, patient, and professional throughout the entire home-buying process. One thing that truly stood out was her communication. Veronica speaks both English and Spanish, which made everything so much easier to understand. No matter the time of day--even late at night--she was always quick to respond to my questions and made sure I felt informed every step of the way. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable one. As a DACA recipient, I had been turned away by other lenders or was never informed about programs that could help me become a homeowner. Veronica was different. She took the time to educate me, explore every option available, and gave me hope when others had not. Because of her knowledge, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile, my dream of owning a home became a reality. I am also incredibly grateful that Veronica connected me with Luna, who was equally supportive and helpful throughout the process. Together, they made an amazing team and always had my family's best interests at heart. Veronica has truly been a blessing to me and my family, and I will forever be thankful for everything she has done for us. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares, is knowledgeable, hardworking, and will fight to help you achieve your dream of homeownership, I highly recommend Veronica Medina and the New Gen Home Lending team. Thank you for making our dream come true! We will never forget your kindness and dedication.

Horrible communication as a property management company. They strung us along for a full week after…read morewe applied and paid their application fees. They even put a hard inquiry on our credit report which is unusual given the fact most management companies use sources that will not effect your credit score. I realize the Los Angeles market is competitive and that they want to essentially collect as many applications as possible before making a decision but they were not honest about doing this and came up with excuse after excuse for why we had not received an answer. It even took me finally pressing them for them to reveal they chose a different applicant. Would not recommend them unless you want a few points removed from your credit score.

My wife and I hired the Gordon Team to sell our home, and our experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. From the beginning, we felt rushed through the process, and we didn't feel our concerns were taken seriously. My wife Christine and I were unhappy with the quality of the listing photos and believed important details about my property were missing or inaccurate. When we raised these concerns, I felt communication became increasingly difficult rather than collaborative. As the situation progressed, our working relationship completely broke down. What should have been a straightforward home sale became an incredibly stressful experience for my wife and I. This review reflects my personal experience. If you're considering working with this brokerage, I recommend asking detailed questions about the listing process, contract terms, communication expectations, and how concerns will be handled if they arise. The team values were not as expected, the pure pressure to take a first offer was unrealistic and we weren't represented in good faith. I undoubtedly cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I had to take care of my mother's rental after her sudden passing. We were only given 21 days, to vacate the property. When I called to discuss the charges with the office manager Bernadette, she was so rude. She told me that " We dragged it out" when cleaning our Mom's house. How are you going to say to someone who just lost a parent. She showed no compassion. And her boss, the owner is even worse. They shouldn't be in business!
