So I call Keller Williams on Ming 11420 Ming Ave and I speak with the front desk ask for an agent she suggest a list of numbers to call and I say no just anyone in the office she gives to me a male named Riccardo Soto he says I'll be over in an hour. He shows up 4 hours later after they are closed but when ringing my door bell several times it woke me so without thinking I let them in. I tell them stay together no walking about my house on your own in the case you are thieves. They speak Spanish but I reply in English even if not speaking to me. Then they leave but I never hear from him again causing me to call 2 days later. Front desk says it wasn't him I say he said sorry for showing up later than I scheduled, pretending to be this person. So we argue I voice all that took place with Mr.Soto on the phone as well via text. He sent his picture but when he showed up I thought you're a little chunkier then your photo as well darker but government officials the same their facebook in comparison to real life. So I paid it no mind I even disregarded the fact he was with a lot of latin people women older mid aged and an older male and when asking them question about their Orginal country Mexico they could not answer. So after thinking this all through I call the police or Sheriff more specific a different county for Kern officers just as racist never heeding my calls for help. Upon arrival to Keller the first person to come out was this Mr.Soto claiming to be a Mike, so I pull out his picture that he himself text to me of his business card with name first last phone number as well realtor number, it was him so I ask you said you were coming another shows up in your stead you called not nor texted stating you were sending someone else. Then to my face you lie and say you are someone else when I have your business card showing full body. I say the cops are on their way to meet me here, he gets scared starts calling the police to verify, a red flag showing he lied sent another and never called with a heads up. So I speak with his co workers showed the picture told them the time he was to arrive but wasn't him rather someone else. He lies in front we all. Truth 911 wasn't coming they blew me off. Saying we will respond if you or they cause a disturbance. I told them this to see the reaction. I got what I wanted I kept my hands in front fingers enter locked so they do not fear me and said I have no reason to return here ever and upon walking out the woman at the desk as well the other staff members said have a good day, I return their tidings greetings and left silent no loud wild behavior. Then I call to another counties sheriff only to ask questioned got the responses I needed to hear told them good day and hung up. The case if I chose to file wont be trespassing but something else.
