so, over a year has passed and still enjoying our garage door opener. i bought a new car and found that because of the way the door was configured, i couldn't drive the new (and taller) car in the garage into the garage with my cargo box on top. it's about 2" too high to clear the garage door opening with the garage door hanging a little below where the door opening is. on a whim, i sent Ronnie a message to see if my door could be adjusted. i was honestly just looking for an opinion in case it was possible. he responded immediately and offered to come by and adjust it for me. he did it, and now it has bought me an extra couple of inches. its still unclear if my car and box will clear the new, taller opening, but it wouldn't be because of Ronnie. he went beyond that call of duty. but get this... as he was walking away, he noticed the cable to my garage door was slightly slack. he asked if i could back a car out so he could adjust my spring for me to make it taut. such amazing service like this is hard to find in this day and age.
