I needed someone to install two wall-mounted garage doors opener systems (Chamberlain RJO70) for my garage doors. Quotes for this job were all over the place; some pushing over $1000 for the installation of both openers. Ronnie quoted me a very reasonable price and was available immediately. I was actually very nervous about this job because I had bought the systems two years ago and had never gotten around to having them installed, plus I partially tried to install them myself and messed up the garage door alignment. Messaged him on a Saturday night at 9PM and he came out within 20 mins to replaced my 2 broken springs in about 30 mins. Watching him work and explain everything you can tell he is super knowledgeable and knows exactly what he's doing. Every step of the way he explained what he was doing almost teaching me how to do it myself. After he was done with the springs he even took the extra steps to grease up my rails to try and help with the loud noise without me even asking. He never tried to upsell (even though I know my system is probably 20+ years old) and was the only one that gave me a firm quotation via photos and even guided me on what to do and not do while he was on his way to not further damage the opener. He even confirmed that if the job was bigger than anticipated (since he didn't know if the opener and rail was damaged as well and I wasn't sure I was willing to spend unknown $$ to fix at this late hour without more quotes) versus what he quoted me there would be no charge for him to come out even at the late hour. I was happy to see that they were open till night (Pacific time) and this was super convenient for me, after my hectic day, to have a communication and understand/plan the service.
