We ordered fried fish, baked fish, chicken tenders, homemade potato chips, coleslaw, mac and cheese, salad, and fruit. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The fish traveled perfectly and tasted fresh and crispy. The delivery team was fantastic! Friendly, professional, and genuinely fun to work with. They made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving. Our office truly enjoyed the meal. I heard compliments from coworkers all afternoon! We will definitely be ordering again in the future. They were my absolute favorite and our guests were raving about how tasty the dish was. We also ordered 100 servings of Parmesan crusted chicken. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to try to Parmesan crusted chicken but some of our guests stated that they enjoyed that as well. They delivered the food at our request and set it up in our catering dishes. They do offer full service as well and supplies. I'm not sure how my mom found out about the class (Facebook maybe?), but the owner Sarah was offering a "Boarding School" class for Halloween. The event was located in the new conservatory in Bakery Square, connected to the new Galley at Bakery Square. We bought tickets to surprise my aunt for her birthday. The 3 of us had a girls night and went to the charcuterie board class on a Wed night. The conservatory at Bakery Square is a beautiful room with high ceilings and lots of windows. We met the owner Sarah and she showed us where to sit. Each table had all of the cheese,meat, snacks, and other supplies ready to go in a takeout box. I loved that it was BYOB. You could drink wine and snack on your board as you created it. Sarah gave an introduction about her experience and how she started this business during the pandemic. She sells custom charcuterie boards for parties and also offers these classes. She showed us how to cut the brie to look like a mummy, spiderweb, or coffin since it was a Halloween class. We learned lots of cute tips, and learned about the cheeses too. The only negative was that she was too far away on a high table, so we couldn't watch her cutting the cheese or demonstrating. If she had a projector or a video of her actually doing it, that would have been easier to follow. Her cheese boards are beautiful and you can see more examples on her instagram. I went to an event at a boutique in Aspinwall a week later, and they had her charcuterie cups there! They were individually packaged so guests could grab one to go. She started the idea of teaching others how to make charcuterie boards as a centerpiece for gatherings when... the pandemic hit. She eventually started selling charcuterie boards as part of Aspinwall's socially distanced gatherings from the porches. This is a woman owned and local business, and it's absolutely wonderful to be able to support the business. Sarah gave us all the materials necessary to make a wonderful charcuteries board as well as a perfect container to bring it home in! There were 3 cheese that she explained the history of and gave different idea in terms of cutting and arrangement. She also taught us how to make a salami rose, which was a big hit. I couldn't believe how professional the end result was, and I've never made charcuterie boards before. Polishing off charcuterie boards - that's something I can help with! Loved this place, and would highly recommend to everyone else looking to learn some fabulous tips and tricks on making their own charcuteries board.

We spent about half a year organizing it, working with Stacy, Chadwick's Event Planning Manager. From the first meeting, she was extremely easy to work with and very helpful. She laid out all of our options and was honest in her process, allowing us to design the event how we wanted. She was our main support and I can't thank her enough for her excellent work. The Chadwick's dining service was similarly excellent. Our selection process was breezy, and the food tasted just as good when we sampled it as it did at the wedding. The in-house chef was great to work with and was a great help during the tasting process. Our guests gave us rave reviews both at the reception and after -- it was really that good. The Chadwick has a great location. The parking lot is expansive, and the venue is clean and elegant. Our ballroom was a perfect fit for about 130 guests. The table layout was custom-tailored and the (included!) bar service was a hit. The cost is unbeatable for the value, the staff is communicative and smart, the food is truly excellent, and the venue is wonderful. The Chadwick has my highest recommendation. I was planning my event from out of state and wanted to deal with as few vendors and little nitty-gritty details as possible. My husband and I worked with Stacey for the planning piece- she was awesome and readily accessible through e-mail or phone. I feel like I got everything that I wanted in the package that we designed together and that the pricing was fair. I would say that it would be a bit over-priced on a Saturday though. (paying full price- Friday and Sunday weddings get a decent sized price break). We had what they called the Elegant Sitdown Reception- 4 courses, plated and served. The food was pretty good for my taste and my guests loved it (which is what really mattered to me). The outdoor patio is beautiful! In response to a comment below- they must have updated the bathrooms. They look brand new now. They also did a bunch of work to the entrance hall that was under construction when I first went to tour the facility and completed by the time my wedding rolled around. Our event coordinator was really on her game the day of and I have ZERO complaints about her. tldr: my wedding was great! I was a very easygoing bride though and didn't have any sort of "grand vision" that I needed the details to be perfect on. They executed what I had in mind as well we I would have myself. Definitely recommend for a bride who has a busy schedule and wants to leave the details up to someone else.
