We did so the next day and he made sure to have brisket for us when we arrived. We had the brisket sandwiches and when we ordered forgot to ask for the onions and peppers. We went back a few minutes later when we realized and the owner said, don't worry and sorted out it. The brisket was cooked to perfection and the corn bread side felt like a dessert with the food. It tasted great and although I don't live in the area, I do come by often so I plan to come back to this place.

The Chadwick is the place to have your reception. My experience:…read more My wife and I got married in March 2024 and had our reception at the Chadwick. We spent about half a year organizing it, working with Stacy, Chadwick's Event Planning Manager. From the first meeting, she was extremely easy to work with and very helpful. She laid out all of our options and was honest in her process, allowing us to design the event how we wanted. She was our main support and I can't thank her enough for her excellent work. The Chadwick's dining service was similarly excellent. Our selection process was breezy, and the food tasted just as good when we sampled it as it did at the wedding. The in-house chef was great to work with and was a great help during the tasting process. Our guests gave us rave reviews both at the reception and after -- it was really that good. The Chadwick has a great location. The parking lot is expansive, and the venue is clean and elegant. Our ballroom was a perfect fit for about 130 guests. The table layout was custom-tailored and the (included!) bar service was a hit. The cost is unbeatable for the value, the staff is communicative and smart, the food is truly excellent, and the venue is wonderful. The Chadwick has my highest recommendation. I hope you give them a call to plan your big day.

I am a bride and had my wedding at The Chadwick in May of 2013…read more I'm going to preface this by saying that YES, I wanted a package deal. I was planning my event from out of state and wanted to deal with as few vendors and little nitty-gritty details as possible. My husband and I worked with Stacey for the planning piece- she was awesome and readily accessible through e-mail or phone. I feel like I got everything that I wanted in the package that we designed together and that the pricing was fair. I would say that it would be a bit over-priced on a Saturday though. (paying full price- Friday and Sunday weddings get a decent sized price break). We had what they called the Elegant Sitdown Reception- 4 courses, plated and served. The food was pretty good for my taste and my guests loved it (which is what really mattered to me). The outdoor patio is beautiful! In response to a comment below- they must have updated the bathrooms. They look brand new now. They also did a bunch of work to the entrance hall that was under construction when I first went to tour the facility and completed by the time my wedding rolled around. Our event coordinator was really on her game the day of and I have ZERO complaints about her. tldr: my wedding was great! I was a very easygoing bride though and didn't have any sort of "grand vision" that I needed the details to be perfect on. They executed what I had in mind as well we I would have myself. Definitely recommend for a bride who has a busy schedule and wants to leave the details up to someone else.

Naturally I had to know more so I ventured inside to find the cutest charcuterie cafe I've ever seen!!!! At first glance the decor, the smells, and the music makes you feel right at home. They have an upstairs too which is adorable!!! On Sundays they have brunch boards and free mimosas! I got the solo sunrise, which is meant for one person, and it has everything I could ever want on a charcuterie board! The coolest part of this little place is the wall of love on the second floor. Aryanna (the owner, who is also the nicest human on earth) has a Polaroid where all the guests who come here can document their visit with a picture and add it to the wall! Over time you will see all the visitors from around the city who come to enjoy the charcuterie boards here! And if I haven't sold this place to you yet, just know the mirror in the bathroom helps you lose 10 pounds in your face AND she has 3-ply toilet paper. You definitely need to check this out!

I was highly disappointed with my experience trying to arrange catering with this company. I am not…read morethe only one from the other reviews. Should have read them before I called. It would have saved me the headache. I was actually recommended to them by several people who have eaten their food, so I reached out hoping to have them cater a 30th birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the experience I had when I called completely changed my opinion. I had questions about pricing, how the catering process works, and what options were available. Instead of taking a few minutes to actually discuss it with me, the person I spoke with repeatedly told me to "look on our website." Yes, obviously I can look at the website. That's not why I called. I called because I wanted to speak with someone, ask questions, understand how the catering works, and make arrangements for an event. I shouldn't have to chase down basic information or feel like I'm inconveniencing someone simply because I'm trying to give the company my business. The interaction was extremely unhelpful and honestly left me wondering how difficult it would be to actually coordinate an entire catered event if getting basic questions answered was already this frustrating. You lost a customer today. And that's especially disappointing because I was referred to you by people who genuinely enjoy your food. Hospitality is about more than the food. It's about how you treat people, especially when they're calling because they want to spend their money with you. If answering customers' questions and helping them through the process is too much, then perhaps catering--and hospitality in general--isn't the right business to be in. I was excited to give this company my business. After this experience, I will be taking it elsewhere.
