I have been a corporate manager in the same industry in the past and this type of management enrages me. Robin at Big Catering helped me select menu items, understand quantities and prices, and confirm all details. I asked for the food to be delivered and set up (we did not need servers during the reception). The delivery arrived exactly on time, and setup was perfect. The guests enjoyed the sight and aroma of the beautiful buffet. The delicious selections encouraged people to sit and chat, and then wander back to the buffet for another helping. We received many compliments about the wonderful food. Everything was packaged sturdily. Our family was able to take very tasty leftovers home and enjoy them. I highly recommend Big Burrito for catering, and Alta Via for menu selections.

We decided to do buffet style to allow our guests to pick whatever they wanted as well as make sure no one left feeling hungry if seconds were wanted. The food was served very hot and on time. Kelly and staff also care about food allergies and dietary needs and was great to work with for that as we had a few folks with gluten and vegetarian requests. My wife and I cannot recommend them enough. We are so pleased and will used them again in the future if we ever have another big event, family party, super bowl, whatever-they are wonderful servers, cooks, and organizers when it comes to catering big events and very easy to work with. I must also say their response time was very timely and they returned phone calls and messages extremely quickly.

They cooked a huge variety of food for us at the tasting and sent us home with boxes of leftovers. My husband is a vegetarian who eats fish, and we had some vegetarian and vegan guests to consider. The Monteverdes were wonderful about helping us tailor the menu to accommodate everyone, for example, roasting vegetables in oil instead of butter. On the day of, their team was at the site early with us, setting up extremely professionally and being generally very helpful. This continued throughout the entire day - their staff never seemed to be resting, but always helping to make the evening flow smoothly, even helping us make sure that the cookie table, which they were not technically responsible for, was in order. Many of our guests told us that it was "the best wedding food they have had," or "not like typical 'wedding food' at all"...and everyone got plenty to eat. The price was so reasonable for the food and level of service they provided. I can't recommend them enough!

Emily and the entire team were professional, kind, and incredibly attentive to detail. They arrived right on time and created a charcuterie spread that was truly a work of art: elegant, vibrant, and absolutely delicious! We had 120 guests, and every single person was blown away by the quality and BEAUTY of the food display. Countless people commented on how stunning and tasty everything looked and tasted. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and thoughtfully arranged, and the presentation was next-level impressive. So over the top, I had to write a review. Emily in particular deserves a special shout-out because her customer service, communication, and follow-through were all outstanding. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. If you're hosting an event, of any kind actually, and want something that will wow your guests, this is it. I'm posting this video so you can see for yourself just how gorgeous the setup was... words hardly do it justice! I would absolutely recommend Graze Craze for any gathering or special occasion. In-house catering and bar service are also huge pluses. Food is good and great selection of alcohol. Another great perk of this venue is an on-site day-of coordinator. If you have a slightly higher / more flexible budget and want the ease of everything under one roof, highly recommend. Bella Sera does have different packages to accommodate a range of budgets. We personally, could not put a price tag on a 100% stress-free, peace of mind wedding experience. We have no regrets! From day one, the wedding coordinator, Andrea was AMAZING. She is very warm and welcoming, highly knowledgeable and experience, extremely prompt and organized, and flexible. There is defined outline / timeline that you receive so always know when to expect communication and/or if something is due. Clear-cut and transparent. From an aesthetic standpoint, this venue is STUNNING! Although it is Italian inspired, any theme and decor truly can fit the space. Another selling point of this venue is the ability to have an outdoor or indoor ceremony and proactive, streamlined measure in place to convert the space if you have to move from outdoor to indoor. We could not imagine hosting our wedding anywhere else. It was a dreamy venue for our 1920's Old Hollywood Black Tie Optional wedding in September 2026. Cannot say enough good things about this venue. All day-of staff were great and on top of things to keep fluidity.

My family and I had…read morevisited before and absolutely loved the atmosphere and food, which is why I encouraged my family to celebrate here for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing like our previous experiences. This was not a cheap brunch, yet it lacked some of the most basic brunch offerings -- no omelet station, no waffles, pancakes, or the variety that was offered in the past. The food overall was very disappointing and nowhere near worth the price. What made it even worse was the dessert area. Once desserts ran out, they were never refilled, and several members of my family never even had the chance to try them. For the amount charged, this is unacceptable. I even asked the host about the omelet station they used to offer and was told it was removed because the lines would get too long. That is not a good excuse. Other brunch places like Grand Concourse still manage to offer omelet stations, waffle stations, eggs, meats, and much more at a similar or even lower price point. I left embarrassed and disappointed after recommending this place to my family for such a special occasion. Sadly, we will not be returning, and I would not recommend this brunch experience to others looking for a quality Mother's Day celebration.
