The truck is a non-profit that proudly displays that the prices are just suggestions. If someone is unable to pay the full price, you are able to pay what you can. This food truck was a light blue color with two workers and served cinnamon rolls, pretzels and hot chocolate. My wife and I ended up ordering a pretzel with cheese and then a cinnamon bun for ourselves as well as another one which I ended up giving my mom for Mother's Day. The pretzel itself was $8 but it was one of those massive ones that you see at stadiums and came with a small side of cheese sauce. It ended up being nicely cooked and the outside of it had good texture while the inside was nice and soft. The outside of it did not have too much salt and both my wife and I enjoyed dipping it into the cheese sauce. Our cinnamon bun was similarly good as we enjoyed the pecan topping as well and the frosting and cinnamon flavor to it. The bun itself had a nice and soft consistency to it which made eating it quite nice. My mom also said she enjoyed the cinnamon bun which was nice to hear! The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. Clearly this food truck isn't going to provide you with a full meal, but it certainly does have some fun stuff to snack on.
