    Philly Cheeseteak loaded fries
    Margo A.

Community Kitchen has great food and an event greater mission. I stopped by the food truck for some dinner, and I was not disappointed. The spinach and artichoke dip was so creamy and rich, and the pita was perfectly crispy. The Philly Cheesesteak fries were AMAZING. The peppers were fresh, the meat was juicy, and the fries were cooked to perfection. Please consider supporting CK if you can. You will not leave hungry, and you will feel even better knowing you're supporting such a good cause.

    Fish Sandwich

The fish fry was BEAUTIFUL, everything I waited for & more. I definitely recommend the fish sandwich, it was huge, juicy. LITERALLY IN LOVE. I would also love to note, the service was wonderful. They have all hands on deck in there, they are very busy. Everyone was working hard! Thank you for the wonderful food, I hope to come again in the near future!!

I ordered takeout from Community kitchen during Lent for their fish fry! I placed my order online for a 6:15 pickup. I got there around that time and was able to find a parking spot in their small parking lot. Upon arrival, my order was not ready but I also noticed it was very busy in there! The staff were so apologetic about the wait, but I didn't mind. They serve beer and they also had a stand selling Girl Scout cookies. Seating is a bit tight (in my opinion) so I was glad to have gotten takeout. The food was so good! Everything was fresh and tasty. I would order from Community Kitchen again in the future!

I'm not sure if this is a corporate policy, but with this being flu season, I would think a they would take every and any step to keep not only their entire staff but their customers safe from being exposed. I have been a corporate manager in the same industry in the past and this type of management enrages me. I have also heard that are told if they are having mental or hormonal issues they should deal with them on their day off. Im not sure corporately who manages the managers but they really need to do a better job at appreciating their employees and customers and the city that has made them a possibility.

Robin at Big Catering helped me select menu items, understand quantities and prices, and confirm all details. I asked for the food to be delivered and set up (we did not need servers during the reception). The delivery arrived exactly on time, and setup was perfect. The guests enjoyed the sight and aroma of the beautiful buffet. The delicious selections encouraged people to sit and chat, and then wander back to the buffet for another helping. We received many compliments about the wonderful food. Everything was packaged sturdily. Our family was able to take very tasty leftovers home and enjoy them. I highly recommend Big Burrito for catering, and Alta Via for menu selections.

For $35 a person, we got a ton of food with delicious Tea Forté tea and a lovely set up with the cutest cups, plates, and teapots. They do high tea on the second Sunday of each month. Calling and making a reservation was super easy and they worked carefully to cater to any allergies or food preferences our party of 10 had (they switch up the menu each month!). They took my credit card information down ahead of time on the phone so all I had to do was sign the check at the end of high tea. There's also a large designated parking lot for patrons on an adjacent block. They took the time to show us their outdoor space and I can't wait to come back and check it out when it's warmer!

If you're looking for more than just a Hi Tea experience, they also cater to your event needs. The lady mentioned they've hosted fundraising, business meetings, weddings etc. can't wait to come back for more hi teas!

What an improvement over the tiny little order-at-the-counter spot with the free wine and rickety folding chairs! The food was good before, and it's still good, but the place is now a full service, upstairs-downstairs cozy spot. We had fried pickles, a sunshine salad (as a side salad), and a couple of hot dogs--the bacon dog and the Picklesburgh dog. Pickles were a tiny bit greasy but crunchy and substantial. The side salad was absolutely delicious with lots of textures and crunch, both acidic and a little sweet all at the same time. I would order it as a dinner salad for sure. I didn't try the bacon dog, but my husband liked it. The Picklesburgh dog was a delicious mess--truly, it was so messy--but it was crunchy and salty and briny, and totally worth ordering next time I'm in the mood for a dog. I shouldn't have waited so long to go back to Brick and Mortar; I'm glad we finally checked it out.
