Wow just like the only other person to review --same thing happened to me! I bought about 100 dollars worth of things couple bracelets included cute zodiac ones --mine was fine but one I bought for my friend broke not even worn, the owner stated she has the same never had an issue refused to take back or refund! Will not go back and wouldn't recommend, over priced, rude owner, shitty customer service. Who treats their customers like this?? One star only cause I have to! read more

Bought a dress for $177. Wore it once. Had a problem with the fabric bleeding and fading. Owner did not even want to see the dress. She has the same dress and didn't have a problem so our problem must be our fault. I asked if she would put me in touch with the sales representative for that manufacturer. but the answer was no. Told me she had to go because she was at work. I told her that this was a work call, and she told me that she was done! There are plenty of places to shop. We won't be back. read more

The online order pickup process was incredibly organized and smooth with their self-serve setup, and I'm so excited to dive into my next craft project today. What really stood out was the staff. I crossed paths with an employee in the aisle who was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. When I was leaving, that same gentleman made it a point to say goodbye, which was such a warm, personal touch. The only downside for me is the shift toward so many self-checkout kiosks. I personally prefer interacting with a real person and supporting local jobs rather than using automated machines, so I definitely encourage other shoppers to head to a real cashier lane if they can! That said, I'm not sure the curriculum is on the same level as some traditional art schools we've experienced in the past -- that are usually focused on more one on one training. However the large number of choices, an energetic faculty and flexibility to switch between programs and instructors on short notice is a plus. This place is pricey but classes are about market for the area and the service offered. Depending on your expectations and the skill set you bring to the program -- One River might be a good choice. Top Tip: Take a trial class or two before you commit. The rolling admissions policy requires that you commit for at least 4 classes in a 30 day period -- and that you give a 30 days notice of cancellation.
