Last December when things calmed down, we decided to do our Master Bath. How difficult can that be, right? My wife and I decided to use Furguson instead of Best Plumbing supply. BIG MISTAKE. As of today, 4/19/2023 we are approaching 5 MONTHS and still have no delivery of the items we ordered. We did our part. We paid 100% upfront, and after three telephone calls and NO CALL BACK OR UPDATE, I decided to stop in to inquire why it's taking so long. The manager was condescending, and simply wanted only to wait on those looking to buy product instead of servicing. Their commitment to customer service is completely absent. They have a polished sales pitch, but do not follow through after the sale. My suggestion is to be very careful and remember this is a publicly traded company and backed by Private Equity. That should tell you something. I just learned that today...
