I have used them twice. The first time was random - OFS was the first company to answer the phone and say they could come remove and chip several small trees I had cut down in my back yard. They showed up on time, did the work competently and quickly, and did a great job cleaning up. The second time was a much larger job - taking down two trees (one an 80 ft tall dying cedar tree) and extensively trimming two others. Jose came out and discussed the job, and gave us a number of options on doing the work. The job cost was significantly less than we expected based on other tree jobs we were aware of. Again, Jose and his crew showed up on time and worked closely with us to ensure everything we wanted to get done got done. His crew got the job done quickly and efficiently were careful not to damage any of our other landscaping. And the clean-up was impeccable. Great locally owned and operated company to entrust all your tree trimming and removal needs to.

They left their work site clean and didn't damage anything on our property. Sam went above and beyond for us, and our neighbor when they had to access their yard to get to the branch off our roof line. They also left our neighbors yard clean, when they left. They are a 5 star business and are highly recommended for a reason. A huge thank you to guys!!

I hired Good Bloke Tree Service to trim branches from my neighbor's tree hanging over my property…read more I was quoted $500 and agreed, expecting a reasonable amount of trimming. Due to my neighbor's concerns, we agreed the work would stay at the property line--but only three or four branches were removed. After paying $500, I realized very little work had been done. I asked if the quote could be reconsidered, but they refused. To make matters worse, their lift left large ruts in both my front and back yard. They came back to "fix" the front yard, but it was poorly done, and I refused to have them fix the back yard. Debris was left behind, and their lift even broke down and sat in my yard. Paying $500 for a few branches removed and damage left behind is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Roberto and his crew expertly installed a paver patio, replaced an old lawn with new sod, and completed other landscaping for us. We were absolutely delighted with the results. We found Roberto to be very professional and honest, and the care he took in his work to be way above and beyond our expectations. He took initiative to treat a pre-existing infestation of sod webworms discovered during the job before laying the new sod. His plantings were professionally done with meticulous care. Mount Zion Lawn Maintenance sets the standard for excellence in the Rogue Valley.

They had the tree removed, with the stump cut as low as they could (I didn't request stump grinding), and all the pieces chipped and everything cleaned up up my side and my neighbor's side within 2 hours. They throughly cleaned up after they were done. Very impressive. Excellent work! I'm very happy with the service I received. Pedro was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I tried different things, but being older and physically challenged, i struggled with this. I sought help. I spoke with a couple of companies and was told August or September and was quoted what i thought were very high service call charges. I didn't feel much "warmth". Until I spoke with N at ProLawn. She was sincerely interested in my problem and put me on the schedule with a note added "should any cancelations" come up, they would call, and the service call fee wasp reasonable. The two man crew came out a few months later (July) and took care of the problem FAST. Yes, the main valve was turned off (by unknown person), and they replaced two broken sprinkler heads, and prigrammed the timer. I can't remember their names, but they are certainly an asset to the company, they moved quickly! Thank you ProLawn for an outstanding experience! I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. Richard

Then the workers show up and really didn't seem to know much, spoke no English and brought nothing to protect from spraying into the garden areas or fence. My landscaper had to step in and find a large box cardboard to prevent spraying into the garden. They left slurry on my fences and walkways. Five weeks later the grass did not grow in large areas where the hydro seed was first sprayed and yet the grass areas grew where it had been towards the end of the Surry/seed mix. I think the seed in slurry was not mixed in correctly. I don't know, but the results have been miserable. When we contacted the owner, he wouldn't listen to our complaints. He said if we provided the seed (and I had purchased expensive high quality seed), he was not responsible for any hydro seed results.

The landscaping was originally installed with a good awareness for fire safety, but there was a fair amount of deferred maintenance that needed attention. We got bids from two arborists, but were most impressed with Salamander's approach. Dillon and Steve were very knowledgeable about fire adaptation and made recommendations in the context of keeping our trees healthy. We engaged them to do the work, and were able to get it scheduled for about two weeks out. Conforming with work rules during extreme fire conditions, they showed up on the appointed day at 6:00 AM, worked quickly and competently, and finished the planned work a bit early. They were able to squeeze in a couple of optional tasks in the extra time. Salamander is now our go to source for ongoing tree maintenance, and we plan to have them back in the fall to help us establish mushroom habitat on some of our berms. I recommend these guys without hesitation.
