Roberto and his crew expertly installed a paver patio, replaced an old lawn with new sod, and completed other landscaping for us. We were absolutely delighted with the results. We found Roberto to be very professional and honest, and the care he took in his work to be way above and beyond our expectations. He took initiative to treat a pre-existing infestation of sod webworms discovered during the job before laying the new sod. His plantings were professionally done with meticulous care. Mount Zion Lawn Maintenance sets the standard for excellence in the Rogue Valley.

I have used them twice. The first time was random - OFS was the first company to answer the phone and say they could come remove and chip several small trees I had cut down in my back yard. They showed up on time, did the work competently and quickly, and did a great job cleaning up. The second time was a much larger job - taking down two trees (one an 80 ft tall dying cedar tree) and extensively trimming two others. Jose came out and discussed the job, and gave us a number of options on doing the work. The job cost was significantly less than we expected based on other tree jobs we were aware of. Again, Jose and his crew showed up on time and worked closely with us to ensure everything we wanted to get done got done. His crew got the job done quickly and efficiently were careful not to damage any of our other landscaping. And the clean-up was impeccable. Great locally owned and operated company to entrust all your tree trimming and removal needs to.

We have worked with Sebastian for 5 years; he used to be good. Perhaps he over-extended, but his…read morework is not reliable. He doesn't keep receipts, doesn't invoice regularly, definitely does NOT check the irrigation systems regularly to ensure the landscaping is cared for properly, and, when the ground is bone dry and the plants are in distress because the irrigation system isn't working, he doesn't notice. At least three times over the past year, my 72-year old husband has had to figure out how to fix it, go buy the parts, and do the work himself. This is not acceptable. We do recommend him. That is very unfortunate because he is a charming man with a twinkle in his eyes. We've switched to a tacouple, Angie Arnold and Shauntin Thigpin, who do absolutely superb work. 8.15.19 Sebastian put in a brick patio at our home. Unfortunately he did not do proper preparation before laying the brick: no excavation, no root guard, no sand, no gravel, no granite, no weed cloth - just dirt with brick on top of it. No surprise we have a BIG root problem. Fortunately, we found Martine through our general contractor for the house. He is absolutely expert. He is in the process of re-doing everything properly. This will cost us $8000 on top of what Sebastian charged. BUYER BEWARE.

We are so very pleased with the Beautiful patio, stairs, and healthy and thick green lawns (front and back) that were done by SPS. So very happy with their works, we will have the 4th masonry project done by the same company, which SPS will do this year 2020 as soon as he can schedule us in. This world needs more of people/companies that do work with quality and taste. Bottom line, it's as best as one can find, quality and trustworthiness, when searching for a company that will give one the best results and satisfaction. We recommend SPS Landscaping & Masonry completely because we know they earn all five credit stars from doing well done jobs based on the works and from our experience.

I tried different things, but being older and physically challenged, i struggled with this. I sought help. I spoke with a couple of companies and was told August or September and was quoted what i thought were very high service call charges. I didn't feel much "warmth". Until I spoke with N at ProLawn. She was sincerely interested in my problem and put me on the schedule with a note added "should any cancelations" come up, they would call, and the service call fee wasp reasonable. The two man crew came out a few months later (July) and took care of the problem FAST. Yes, the main valve was turned off (by unknown person), and they replaced two broken sprinkler heads, and prigrammed the timer. I can't remember their names, but they are certainly an asset to the company, they moved quickly! Thank you ProLawn for an outstanding experience! I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. Richard

Then the workers show up and really didn't seem to know much, spoke no English and brought nothing to protect from spraying into the garden areas or fence. My landscaper had to step in and find a large box cardboard to prevent spraying into the garden. They left slurry on my fences and walkways. Five weeks later the grass did not grow in large areas where the hydro seed was first sprayed and yet the grass areas grew where it had been towards the end of the Surry/seed mix. I think the seed in slurry was not mixed in correctly. I don't know, but the results have been miserable. When we contacted the owner, he wouldn't listen to our complaints. He said if we provided the seed (and I had purchased expensive high quality seed), he was not responsible for any hydro seed results.
