I then saw the same employee helping another person that just came in well after we did. Not a single employee greeted us. We were looking for specific items and had questions but were ignored. Although the inventory is quite good, we wound up going to another nursery in town and spent a few hundred dollars on shrubs and got amazing customer service. Looks like we won't be going back to Shooting Star Nursery ever again. First impressions are always lasting ones.
