Kyle and his team are incredible. I am located in Grants Pass and had a leaning silver oak which needed to be removed. It was pretty big. After getting several estimates I decided on Rogue Valley Tree Care because of the knowledge and care Kyle had about removing trees, causing the least amount of disruption to the rest of the garden and pond. I also had sewage lines under the yard which he took into careful consideration. Not only this care and knowledge about the job, his bid came in a good amount lower than any others. We had a 50+ ft pine tree that began to tilt. In a few days it tilted by several degrees and was aimed right at our neighbors home. At 8:30 AM on Presidents Day, a national holiday, I phoned Rogue Valley Tree Care with an emergency phone call. Kyle answered and said he was on the opposite side of town, but could get here soon. Within a few minutes he arrived and he agreed that the tree was a danger. The roots were lifting on one side, something I had not noticed. He quoted me a price that was well within my anticipated range and I gave him the go-ahead. His crew was working on another job and so he committed to doing the job himself. Within 2 hours the tree was in little pieces and there was only a ground level stump left. Over the next two hours, he had a quick lunch and then completely cleared and cleaned up. Kyle and his crew did an outstanding job trimming, pruning and shaping our trees. We didn't realize just how overgrown and messy looking they were until they finished their work on them! Now they are really beautiful with the light coming through and look much more healthy. The other really great part of their service was their attention to detail and cleanup.
