I have used them twice. The first time was random - OFS was the first company to answer the phone and say they could come remove and chip several small trees I had cut down in my back yard. They showed up on time, did the work competently and quickly, and did a great job cleaning up. The second time was a much larger job - taking down two trees (one an 80 ft tall dying cedar tree) and extensively trimming two others.
