Yes, I did that because he was not prepared when he called me, to give me the estimate I was requesting. He was very unprofessional and wasting my time. He responded immediately and stopped later the same day to take a look at my yard. I received an estimate quickly (same day). After getting a few more estimates I hired More Life for the project. They were able to start the following week. Throughout the project Jose answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the progress. He made me feel at ease and confident in their work.
