I hired Good Bloke Tree Service to trim branches from my neighbor's tree hanging over my property…read more I was quoted $500 and agreed, expecting a reasonable amount of trimming. Due to my neighbor's concerns, we agreed the work would stay at the property line--but only three or four branches were removed. After paying $500, I realized very little work had been done. I asked if the quote could be reconsidered, but they refused. To make matters worse, their lift left large ruts in both my front and back yard. They came back to "fix" the front yard, but it was poorly done, and I refused to have them fix the back yard. Debris was left behind, and their lift even broke down and sat in my yard. Paying $500 for a few branches removed and damage left behind is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Jeff came to give us an estimate and his crew has been outstanding! They show up on time and these guys are working hard, and rarely if at all took a break. The huge tree right out front had a very narrow space to fall between the house and a pergola and over our septic system and drain field. It was flawless. These guys seriously know their stuff. We are thrilled with their service and impressed with their work ethic and communication too. They not only felled the trees, they woodchipped the huge branches, raked up the mess, and used a leaf blower to clean it up. They also will be hauling some of the big trees to the mill for us. Worth every penny. Wow, we would gladly recommend Jeff Dean Tree Service to anyone and will be using them again in the future. Thank you, Jeff Dean & Crew! Oh, and if you want to see a one minute video of the giant tree falling, it's here: https://youtu.be/jDgeKVjYCUs

Lack of communication and lack of Professionalism…read more Review: Poor Communication and Unprofessional Behavior - Beware of Who You Hire! We initially had a positive experience with Liberty Tree (Fritz) about four to five months ago when a tree fell through our fence. They responded quickly, removed the tree and debris, and were very accommodating. Based on that, we chose to reach out again when we noticed another tree leaning and wanted to be proactive before it caused more damage. Unfortunately, this second experience has been extremely disappointing. After reaching out nearly a month ago, it's been nothing but excuses and delays. I first contacted Fritz by phone and later followed up with a text on June 30th, which he read. I reached out again before the 4th of July, and he sent me an invoice and promised to come by Monday or Tuesday after work. When I called for an update, he claimed he actually said Tuesday or Wednesday. This back-and-forth has now dragged to the point of now it being contentious. When I called again to get a straight answer, instead of taking accountability or offering a clear timeline, Fritz berated me on the phone. I even received two unprofessional and rude text messages from him--the owner of the company--after he had already failed to show up multiple times without notice. I understand delays can happen, but communication is critical--especially when safety and property damage are involved. At this point, I'm trying to prevent having to replace another section of my fence, and the lack of responsiveness has been unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this recent experience, I can no longer recommend Liberty Tree Enterprises. Communication and follow-through are non-negotiable in any service-based business, and both were clearly lacking here.

We took days off to have work done and all went to waste because of the no show. Huge inconvenience due to also contacting neighbors and they as well losing a day because of the no show. Hopefully victor is not dead or in jail, which would cause him not to show up or answer our calls. He eventually called at 2pm. He did not have any valid reason why he missed the appointment. We had confirmed our appointment on two separate calls. We were able to find another contractor that showed up on time and did a great job. Also the new contractor was about $300 cheaper. Victor is definitely over priced

I have used them twice. The first time was random - OFS was the first company to answer the phone and say they could come remove and chip several small trees I had cut down in my back yard. They showed up on time, did the work competently and quickly, and did a great job cleaning up. The second time was a much larger job - taking down two trees (one an 80 ft tall dying cedar tree) and extensively trimming two others. Jose came out and discussed the job, and gave us a number of options on doing the work. The job cost was significantly less than we expected based on other tree jobs we were aware of. Again, Jose and his crew showed up on time and worked closely with us to ensure everything we wanted to get done got done. His crew got the job done quickly and efficiently were careful not to damage any of our other landscaping. And the clean-up was impeccable. He did offer to replace the flowers directly but I wasn't comfortable with letting him in my yard a third time. Instead of that we did agree HE would give up $100 to repair the damages caused but, instead he talked to my local management and never personally paid. My park management paid for the damage instead due to the results of his actions. Also sorry goes a longs way of which he never tried. I personally would never recommend them as they show little respect of the work you put into your garden. I do have video recordings of how they treated my garden and before and after pics. Mistakes can happen but it's how you fix it that matters
