I have used them twice. The first time was random - OFS was the first company to answer the phone and say they could come remove and chip several small trees I had cut down in my back yard. They showed up on time, did the work competently and quickly, and did a great job cleaning up. The second time was a much larger job - taking down two trees (one an 80 ft tall dying cedar tree) and extensively trimming two others. Jose came out and discussed the job, and gave us a number of options on doing the work. The job cost was significantly less than we expected based on other tree jobs we were aware of. Again, Jose and his crew showed up on time and worked closely with us to ensure everything we wanted to get done got done. His crew got the job done quickly and efficiently were careful not to damage any of our other landscaping. And the clean-up was impeccable. Great locally owned and operated company to entrust all your tree trimming and removal needs to.

We accepted the initial contract for berry bush and excess foliage clearing, and Kyle and his crew did an excellent Job and cleanup. They were very attentive to the property, and we whole-heartedly can recommend that you at least seriously consider them. We plan to have them back in the fall for tree-trimming. Thank you Kyle, Damian, and the rest of the crew that were out here for two days this week. The property looks SO much better in many ways.

I hired Good Bloke Tree Service to trim branches from my neighbor's tree hanging over my property…read more I was quoted $500 and agreed, expecting a reasonable amount of trimming. Due to my neighbor's concerns, we agreed the work would stay at the property line--but only three or four branches were removed. After paying $500, I realized very little work had been done. I asked if the quote could be reconsidered, but they refused. To make matters worse, their lift left large ruts in both my front and back yard. They came back to "fix" the front yard, but it was poorly done, and I refused to have them fix the back yard. Debris was left behind, and their lift even broke down and sat in my yard. Paying $500 for a few branches removed and damage left behind is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

A&J Specialties, give me an estimate to remove a tall dead tree in the middle of the summer 2024. I was on scheduled for the end of Oct 2024 for this company to come to my house an remove the tree. I took vacation time off from work, they show up with only a partial crew. The said to me, couple of employees did not show up this morning and they to reschedule. So, I get rescheduled for the end of December, again on the morning they are due to arrive I get a phone call telling me "the whole crew did not show up this morning, and I will need to reschedule again." I wasted a bunch of time getting the area ready, and wasted another day of vacation time. Not nice to string someone along. Zero value!

They did come back with out the next and this is what were left with. 1. 3-4 inches of bark covering up our ground covering flower. 2. No attempts were made to cover them in a temp fashion. 3. Ground coverage was damaged beyond healing of the plants. I called spoke with Rico Mendez the owner, he claimed I was lying and no one ever complains about his work. He did offer to replace the flowers directly but I wasn't comfortable with letting him in my yard a third time. Instead of that we did agree HE would give up $100 to repair the damages caused but, instead he talked to my local management and never personally paid. My park management paid for the damage instead due to the results of his actions. Also sorry goes a longs way of which he never tried. I personally would never recommend them as they show little respect of the work you put into your garden. I do have video recordings of how they treated my garden and before and after pics. Mistakes can happen but it's how you fix it that matters

Jeff came to give us an estimate and his crew has been outstanding! They show up on time and these guys are working hard, and rarely if at all took a break. We are thrilled with their service and impressed with their work ethic and communication too. They not only felled the trees, they woodchipped the huge branches, raked up the mess, and used a leaf blower to clean it up. They also will be hauling some of the big trees to the mill for us.
