We called TNTS for a quote(s) on some various jobs on our acreage, and the owner Kyle, came right out. We accepted the initial contract for berry bush and excess foliage clearing, and Kyle and his crew did an excellent Job and cleanup. They were very attentive to the property, and we whole-heartedly can recommend that you at least seriously consider them. We plan to have them back in the fall for tree-trimming. I had a large fir that was dead and halfway up was bent far to the north. I called for an estimate and the owner came out with one of his workers and looked it over and gave me a fair price and said he has more work scheduled in this neighborhood so they would do it then. Two of his employees came about two weeks later and looked at the tree and we discussed how it was going to be done. One would have to climb up the tree while limping it and then cut just below the bent spot. Before they did it one thought he should call his boss because it was going to be more work than they thought. I got out of the way when work began but when I heard the heavy crash I went out to see how everything went because it was close to one of my fences. It was done excellently. I was very satisfied with the work. As they were loading their truck I went out with my checkbook and a little ready for a higher cost and so asked what I owe. The man that did the climbing said "well the boss said he gave me an estimate so we'll stay at that!" Now that's pure professionalism. They also do brush clearing so I discussed that for the future. Top Notch Tree Service did a truly 5 Star job at my ranch. They were here on time every day and did more than I expected of them. They removed several dangerous trees and removed many large trees that were felled by another service several years ago. Unbelievable! An initial visit by Kyle to get estimate on having a tree removed in May, 2023. Then put in the Fall schedule. When I called to find out the status and get on the schedule, Shawn (sp) said she couldn't find any paperwork and would come out August 26 between 11-1 because the guys were out fighting fires. She didn't show and told me she forgot. It was very smoky that day, so I understood. She rescheduled for Tuesday, August 29 at 6pm. She came, gave me a quote to remove the tree and eventually scheduled the removal for November 9. Brandi called Monday, October 30 to schedule the removal!! She stated the guys were booked the 8-10 and couldn't possibly come November 9!! She scheduled it for today, November 2 and said they would be here at 8:30am. Kyle called at 8:45am and said he was confused about what he was doing, had two other jobs today and couldn't possibly do the job for the quote given!! By far the best customer service out there. They arrived on their scheduled day, and did an amazing job. They even trimmed another tree in our backyard at no additional cost, just to get it off the house. We had them take down a dead tree and grind the stump. They did an amazing job considering all the structures close by the tree...no damage done, and they cleaned up the area. We got several bids to remove a large fir that was close to our garage and house. Top Notch was not only much less expensive than the others but offered much more in the way of service. They showed up on time, performed every task perfectly, ground the stump, cleaned up and even dropped another small tree for us at no charge. Excellent professional, knowledgeable tree service. The crew worked efficiently and safely to trim two huge trees, an elm and a maple, as well as cut down and stack 6 foot sections of 3 very tall, older gum locust trees that were a nuisance with their hundreds of spiky seed balls. We will be able to use them after they have seasoned, for fire wood. The clean up was also excellent. The best part was the very reasonable quote and there were no added on charges, the quote was the price we paid. Very poor customer service I waited a few weeks and the dates kept changing showed up had everything ready on my end told me the crane was broken to Crane my tree out then wanted to push my service out again two weeks when they could have had some of the job done there was another tree that could have been done and limed out until the crane could be fixed then we talked and agreed he would Lim up the tree and get the other tree out by the end of the week I went inside the house and watched Them get in their truck and drove away didn't even say anything to me He sent me a text saying he didn't have a good feeling about the tree he was going to take down!!!
