The first time they did, any landscaping work for me, their weed line broke on the weedeater and they left the job unfinished without any communication as to why they needed to leave or when they would complete it. They have also bid other jobs for me such as irrigation sprinkler repair, and a ramp rebuild/repair. Then, I didn't hear anything from any of the workers or management for three weeks. By the time they got back to me, I had already recd other bids, approved a bid, hired somebody, had the work completed and paid for the work. Their "skilled laborers" are "boys" who don't take their job or their clients seriously. I even had a text from Tanner after 11 pm. Both he and Dallas heard about it from me. Their laborers dictate rates to the owner. Not acceptable. They are not professional and should not be considered if you want quality work done at a decent price.

He responded immediately and stopped later the same day to take a look at my yard. I received an estimate quickly (same day). After getting a few more estimates I hired More Life for the project. They were able to start the following week. Throughout the project Jose answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the progress. He made me feel at ease and confident in their work. My job entailed replacing two attic fans with my new, in-box units…read more 1- Your billing begins when the handyman leaves their last job. That's $65/hour just to drive to the worksite. 2- He arrived with an approximate 4 rung step ladder, which by itself would have created a challenge to get into the attic from an interior trap door on an 8 foot ceiling. The company made no effort to come out and preview the job, or ask appropriate questions to determine their needs. Since the typical job would mean loosening the shingles to pull the old unit out, roof access is required. Additional trips for equipment/supplies, at $65/hour prompted me to allow him to use my ladder, both outside and inside. 3- The repairman determined it would be easiest and more practical to leave the existing housing in place and just replace the motor fan unit with thermostat. This still required rooftop access. 4- The job was completed with 4 hours of billing AND a hardware charge of some $40. What hardware? Everything was included and there was no need to seal around a housing already in place. No itemized account for the hardware was provided so I can only theorize that I must have been renting the tools that were used. My gut feeling tells me that the billing presumed what the typical fan replacement might require and I was billed on their presumption rather than fact. 5- Mailed them a check for the full amount and added a note about they're being ill-equipped and over-charging for a job they can't substantiate -AND- I won't be using them in the future.

Had 2 rooms done. One has older carpet the other is less than one year old (annual professional…read morecleaning mandated for the warranty). First the guy tried telling us it had been installed incorrectly by the local company we purchased it from, and that the warranty was voided because the wrong size seam tape was used so we should contact the company immediately to make them reinstall the entire job. I checked with the manufacturer directly the next day and he was dead wrong about tape and the direction the carpet was laid. Then after the carpets thoroughly dried both rooms smelled like dirty mop water. It's gross and we've been airing them out and using baking soda to absorb the smell. For the record we don't allow pets, shoes, or food in those rooms and the new carpet especially should not have ended up like that. There was one spot on the older carpet, which after "cleaning" had a distinctive ring around it where the pre treatment clearly hadn't been thoroughly rinsed. My store bought carpet spray does better than that. The rooms were not vacuumed prior to the steam clean either. Definitely won't be using them again and I didn't contact them to come back and do it over because frankly we didn't want them bank in our house.
