I met with Travis from Cut 'N Break early summer to discuss concrete work that needed to be done in our building. The conversation was quite positive and a few days later Michelle from Cut 'N Break office has sent us a quote good for 30 days. A couple of weeks later we were ready to schedule the work and I called and left a message for Travis. A few days later, after receiving no call back, I called Cut 'N Break office and talked to Michelle who said she will have Travis to call me back to schedule. Yet, a few days later and still receiving no calls or emails, I followed up with Cut 'N Break office and talked to John, who again ensured me that someone will call shortly to schedule. I believe I left yet another message to Travis and sent an e-mail to Cut N' Break office over the following week. Have never received any follow up, response or explanation. This behavior is highly unprofessional. We were counting on their services, where in fact all we got was a runaround and wasted time which bears its cost to our business. I would not recommend using Cut 'N Break, this can cost you quite a bit of time, money and frustration. Find another reputable contractor, there are quite a few in Rogue Valley. read more
