They charged $875.00 LABOR and another $250 for materials that they would not list when asked for an itemized bill . Billing and emails attached . It appears since they do not bill for time, or service call but by the job per Tim (who did not identify his position in the company) !! That means to me they pull a number out for you to pay and that's it. They also do not put any dates of service on billing as you can see, they were here 3 different days over approximate 4 week period . I did not need to call Andrew he called me at 5 pm Wednesday November 30th yelling so told him not to contact us again . He did !! This time by text at 5:07 pm telling us he bent over backwards for us, but I think we were the ones that were bent over!!
