We have owned our house for 20 years. At first we would pump every 4 years. The pumping intervals started to closer. Last month I called A 1 Royal flush. The office staff were all aces. Crew showed up on time. The work was completed and I started to ask questions. I was given very concise information about what could be causing the issue. I had a terrible experience with this place in the end . 1 I had a tree trimmer without permision drive a fully loaded trailer full of thousands of pounds of wood and his rig drive over my , up till then perfectly working leach lines. The septic tank was replaced 4-5 years ago and the field was also checked and working perfectly. This guys tires SUNK when he ran over a line , water came right up the next day. He knew he busted the line and agreed to pay for it. I had these guys come out and first they wanted to pump the tank and I said OK and I paid for that. One of the guys who came out agreed the super heavy truck most likely crushed one line . So next they sent a crew out to fix it and the Tree guy agreed to pay. BUT as soon as they arrived one of the guys had this straight away bad attitude I was the bad guy the tree guy did nothing , ( with probably 10,000 lbs on the line !) He just wanted to sell me an $8,000 plus new lines ! I said I want you to check the line he ran over, he lied and said it cant be done, its has water in it. He tried to tell me if he drove a shovel in the ground on the good line beside it water would shoot out , I said show me He dug , dry , the other guy dug , dry. they dug down almost the rock bed , dry he was angry he was wrong , he got a probe and pounded it in , it came out DRY. I said there you go , fix that other line but Nooooooo he went to the truck and got a back hoe and kept digging around until went sideways enough that backed up water in the field from the truck damage was seeping SIDEWAYS INTO THE HOLE HE DUG This he said PROVED I needed a new field. Now I had asked at first if they had a earth buster service and on the phone I was told no BUT when I asked him he said YES we do , that will cost you between $3500 and $4000 and we can do that if you WANT . The thing is from the first second I was the bad guy in his eyes and he could not wait to tell the Tree guy he did NOTHING !!!I asked called and wanted the Owner ,BECAUSE , AFTER THEY LEFT I CALLED EXPERTS ALL OVER THE USA AND THEY ALL TOLD ME THE SAME THING 1. THE ONLY LEGIT WAY TO DO THAT JOB WAS ONE , OPEN THE DISTRIBUTION BOX , THEN YOU STICK A PUMP AND PUMP OUT ALL THE WATER THEIR GUY WAS USING AS AN EXCUSE NOT TO EXAMINE THE DAMAGED AREA. THEN YOU HAVE A DRY PIPE AND YOU PUT IN A CAMERA AND IT WILL SHOW YOU IF THE PIPE IS DAMAGED.They said it was not even ETHICAL to say they would sell me the Earth buster service with out knowing if the Pipe was demolished or not !!!!! They NEVER suggested this or told me . I even said you have a back hoe , dig it up NOOOOO THE GUY SAID , YOU CAN SEE THERE IS WATER , THIS KEPT HIM IN ANYWAY FROM SEEING IF THE PIPE WAS GONE , VERY VERY BAD. So the boss me on SUNDAY !!! He starts off telling me they told the Tree guy he did NOTHING So I said , answer this and told him what all the experts I called agreed on .His first reply was , I know what your saying, that was it . Then he said we cant help you , you must be an expert with 35 years in the business, I said NOOO but the rest are and they ALL said the same thing WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THAT He said I cant say as you keep talking ( oh boy ) I said OK NOW I WILL SAY NOTHING , ANSWER THE QUESTION . He said so your a big expert again !!! I said ANSWER THE QUESTION PLEASE, HE REFUSED TO ANSWER IT AND FINALLY I SAID YES AND I KNOW WHY YOU SCREWED UP THIS JOB AND ME This place wanted the BIG job but had NO problem in selling me $4000 job they KNEW was not a good idea if one like was crushed EVERYONE else said if it is YOU MUST START THERE AND REPLACE THE CRUSHED LINE BE FORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE They refused to even look. Stay away especially if you were like me and did not know the score until i made dozens of calls after they left. read more

Having a small job to do for my son, I only needed a chemical toilet for a week. I called three companies. The first two wanted over $100.00 and couldn't get there for 4-5 days. A Affordable was $25.00 for a full week, and had it out there first thing the next morning. It was a new or almost new unit and was very clean. I don't know how they do it, but they were great at less than 25% of the cost of the competition! read more

Seller's beware!! These guy's LIE LIE LIE, they said our floats needed to be replaced and also told us that our low level water alarm was going off when they arrived at our home, this we know if false because we have audio/video surveillance. The alarm goes off only after septic is pumped as it should so the motor doesn't burn up. We also have the ring door bell and when we answered through that he never mentioned one word that our alarm was going off! He wanted $1200 to dig up our drain field and replace a couple floats none of which needed to be done!! We had a 2nd opinion done by a reputable company and they said our system is working fine! They know you're selling your home and on a time frame, so must people not savvy enough to call B.S. would just pay to get a clean report! So disappointing! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! We asked them to correct the report due to being less than forthcoming and Matt said no! Shady!! read more

HOME BUYERS BEWARE . Would not recommend this company for septic inspections or trust any review they perform. We were inform the septic system was fully functional in a house we placed and offer. Now there weeks later we are 5000 in the hole and have to replace half of our drain lines in our new home. Only to find out they only did half the inspection and skipped the leak test for the main lines from the house which they never informed use of doing. Fully functional apparently means free pool in your basement BEWARE. read more
