I told her a phone call would have been nice, but she said that the employee had just returned from vacation, I'm not completely sold with that explanation. I don't believe that she was going to call me back as, maybe, she was a little embarrassed about the situation. I also asked for her to send me a receipt showing that it had been paid, but still waiting on that. I, personally, would never ever use their service again as, it appears, that they can't be trusted to be paid in cash.

It was then dug up and inspected, it was not "good" the baffle was so packed full of 36 yrs of unpumped backup from the previous owner that the baffle was completely packed like concrete and nothing was flowing through that! No wonder it backed up into my house, so to say it "was good" two months earlier was complete BS. Would not say they did anything wrong, would not compensate us for the terrible inspection or having to repump it two months later which was their fault!!!!! Did not have them do the repairs because I do not trust this company as far and I can throw them and neither should you!

It's $50 bucks for him to drive out and service me and he gives these scented things to you each visit as well as a septic enzyme pouch to plop down in your toilet after he pumps it.
