Septic was pumped and I paid them in cash. Lo and behold about 5 weeks later I received an e-mail…read moresaying I still owed them money. I explained to the lady that I had paid in cash and I also had it recorded via my Ring camera. By her tone of voice, my explanation wasn't well received and seemed to be a lie to her, when, in fact it was 100% truthful. She said she would talk to her employee and after not hearing from her after a week, I called back and she said it had been figured out. I told her a phone call would have been nice, but she said that the employee had just returned from vacation, I'm not completely sold with that explanation. I don't believe that she was going to call me back as, maybe, she was a little embarrassed about the situation. I also asked for her to send me a receipt showing that it had been paid, but still waiting on that. I, personally, would never ever use their service again as, it appears, that they can't be trusted to be paid in cash.
