After consulting…read morewith an electrician, it was determined a plumber would be needed and not an electrician as troubleshooting revealed a bad pump-we've lived in the house for 11 years so they pump could've been installed back when the house was built in 2002? Enter Rob from Steadfast plumbing. Scheduling an appointment with Candy was straightforward and easy. She was very helpful answering any questions I had & was able to schedule an appointment sooner than expected. This put me at ease as the pump has been inoperable for a week already & we're in the midst of the rainy season. Rob arrived at the scheduled time and we discussed the issue. He presented me with a plan & estimate which i agreed to. The price was reasonable so i approved the work. I don't envy Rob's job as he had to crawl into the crawlspace in a few inches of standing water to remove the old pump & install (to my surprise & pleasure an American made unit) the replacement. Using his years of experience and knowledge, he remedied my problem issue in short order. After all was said & done my sump pump is back in operation & performing as expected. For any future plumbing needs, Stedfast will be my go to company!

My well pump froze up when electricity came back on after being off for 24 hours. Evidently the…read morepump had lost it's prime. I knew nothing about it, thought the old 1987 pump was gone for sure, but I called Quinn, and they sent a tecnician out within 3 hours of my calling. The technician was able to unfreeze and get the pump going again. He gave me an estimate for a new pump and system, as he said the pump is old and now has sustained damage, but he didn't try to convince me to buy a new system today, which would have been difficult for me. I am so grateful for the quick response, the effort to fix the pump rather than telling me I just needed a new one, and the courteous service. I would definitely recommend them to others, and will be calling them for a new system when it is necessary.
