She was very helpful answering any questions I had & was able to schedule an appointment sooner than expected. This put me at ease as the pump has been inoperable for a week already & we're in the midst of the rainy season. Rob arrived at the scheduled time and we discussed the issue. He presented me with a plan & estimate which i agreed to. The price was reasonable so i approved the work.
