We found Shaun via word of mouth and I've never been so happy with a contractor as I am with this one. We tore down walls, replaced some, added electrical outlets and recess lighting, painted the entire house inside and out, trimmed every single window and door, we tiled, tore down rotted pillars and replaced them with a new design. This guys does it all! I am so happy with the outcome all around! Shaun has such a calm presence, he has a lovely dog that is so well behaved that kept us company and his work is impeccable and prices are reasonable! Thank you Mr. Fix It, thank you!!

Michael and his team showed up when they said they would and were very meticulous in their approach to the painting. They did a beautiful job and were very personable and professional. It is apparent that Michael cares about the work the company undertakes and wants to do the very best job possible, which is rare in this homogenized world. While we hired Apex to perform a painting job, they are a full service contractor and I'm sure they would bring the same pride and care to any job they undertake. We recommend Apex and Michael and will definitely use their services again.

He stayed within budget and his work ethic was fabulous. He is a good communicator and seemed to be on the same page as me throughout the process, so there was no awkwardness regarding conversation and expectations. He has integrity and made sure all the details were addressed. I like the edges to be precise and clean, he does that. I have had other contractors that missed the mark, and it did cost me more time and money. So we have been incredibly happy with Michael, we will refer him and use him again when necessary, because we are now investing in additional properties that need attention. For me, the timing, financial aspect of our projects, the quality of work and ethics are important. Michael's work is stellar at every facet. I can't recommend him high enough. I encourage anyone looking for help, to give him a call. I think you'll be pleased. BTW, my husband is capable and expects work to be done as he asks. However, he works a lot away from home. He felt comfortable leaving the house and I felt completely safe. Mr. Lallo is so respectful and professional.

I noticed the workmen seemed to have a pleasant attitude and were very kind and friendly as neighbors walked by, which I really appreciated. Everything about working with Rogue Home Repair was exactly what a homeowner wants: a professional attitude, clearly communicated expectations, and great work. I really appreciate the Rogue Home Repair team and I'll be calling them again in the future.

My husband and I hired Steve last October to knock out the back wall of our master bedroom and…read moreinstall tall custom-made French doors as well as Spanish tile floors with in-floor radiant heat in the master bathroom and bedroom. One of the things Steve promised was to keep us regularly statused with clear communication. THAT was a false promise on his part. He seldom communicated clearly and did not keep us statused. As the project continued over the next 7 months to the present day, it became apparent that Steve is not planful and does not understand project management. The first -- and best -- thing that happened was he hired Joe McKuen (arguably the best tile guy in the Rogue Valley) to install the radiant heat and Spanish tiles that we had already purchased. Joe did a flawless job in the first two weeks. Very impressive. Understandably, the custom-made French doors and glass panels took overlong to be fabricated due to supply chain and Covid issues. When we asked, we got an update from Steve but he certainly didn't keep us in the loop. Finally, in the middle of winter Steve said he was going to take out the back wall and install the French doors and sliding screens. That occurred over about a week or so in late February. He, his father (a very experienced framer), and the owner of the door fabrication company with two of his employees finally installed the doors EXCEPT for the screen doors. It turned out Steve had never placed the order for the screened doors. According to Steve, the price of the screened doors had doubled in the intervening months. He decided he wanted to find a different vendor although I said we'd pick up the cost difference. We're still waiting for the screened doors and for the paint stains to be power-washed off the brick patio. Steve hasn't returned our calls in over a month. We have no idea if he finally placed an order for screened doors -- or if he intends to finish the job. It appears that after he got his last check from us, he just walked off the job and doesn't intend to complete it. Steve projected that this job would be completed by late December at the latest. It is almost the beginning of May and has not been completed so far. Based on this behavior on his part, we do NOT recommend him or the company he owns, Rivercross Construction.
